it took 15 mins to checkout just one item with only one paying customer in front of me. **there were 2 cashiers and also a manager at the checkout area.

It's easy to find what you're looking for. Tools and other products are organized well and are in the places they're supposed to be based on the website. Customer service is excellent, and the associates are knowledgeable as well!

Just had an amazingly delightful experience at this Bronx Harbor Freight. Cashier Chaka went above and beyond to help find all the items I need for my project this past weekend she was polite knowledgeable and very enthusiastic. Companies need more people like her I will definitely be coming back to this location with amazing customer service and amazing cashiers. Thank You Chaka for all your help and advice it’s rare these days to find sales people who love their jobs and know what they are doing.

This place is well stocked! It has plenty of parking spaces for customers which is great when you consider that it's in a very busy area and street parking is almost impossible

The product shipping service is very bad, buying online you have to wait a long time to receive the product and the worst of all is that they send you the items separately so that the products take longer to arrive
