This is a great H&R Block where I got kindly helped by Mr.Amado who is so humble, professional, kind, sociable helpful, honest, with a great sense of humor! He made customers laugh, he made my day!!! Thank you so much to Mr.Amado for all his kind help, & also to Marilyn who picked up the phone when I called to ask if their store was opened. This store is very useful as opened 4 days/wk which is great!

Good day my name is Noel Rivera and I am a loyal customer for over 20 years! Every year I am amazed by the high quality of knowledgeable service, friendly familiar faces new and old. Yesterday 02/18/23 for the first time I was introduced to Virtual Online by the wonderful and very experienced manager Angela DeLeon. I will admit I was a bit hesitant but I was pleasantly surprised. Surprised by the smoothness and easiness of this new platform. The entire time to complete was less than 10 minutes. I welcome and encourage all H$R clients to use, I look forward to many years of using in person and Virtual services with this wonderful office. Thank you Ms.Angela DeLeon and wonderful staff.

They are the worst. They have children running all over place. The Receptionist has an attitude. I gained almost 37k last year they said I was going to receive $300 from the federal and $85 from the state and from that they will deduct thier fee. They are a total rip off.I strongly urge you all to steer clear of this and all H&R Block locations.

Luz Rivera is knowledgeable, understanding and takes the time to answer all questions and makes sure I am well I formed about all my information such as deductions. She always so welcoming and trust worthy. I have been going to her for 9+ years super happy with the services.

Absolutely a great and friendly office. I feel confident with their staff. The supervisor Angela is amazing. I have been coming to this office along side their other office on Burnside for over 17 years. I do not trust any one else to handle my tax needs

Horrible service. Employee is prejudice and telling their customers how their american and they wont be the one going to jail after doing a bad job filling their taxes. Cant trust a place like this if they will call the police after messing up your paperwork.

Terrible. I’ve been calling them for months trying to get a specialist to call me back. I have been promised numerous times that a specialist will call me and they simply do not call me.This is an enormous waste of my time since I am a freelancer and my time is literally my money.I am trying to get an appointment because someone at a different location did my taxes wrong, and I want to demand a refund, which is the least they could do for me for doing my taxes completely wrong.I realize we are in a pandemic and it is the off-season but I have called them like five times over months. Why is it impossible to get a specialist to simply call me? I explain the problem when I call and they say I need to come in and fix the problem with them in person. Why should I have to spend more of my time fixing the problem that they created rather than simply working it out over the phone??? It’s really unbelievable.

As company it is important that you have workers who empower different backgrounds. After a recent video in which one of your employees states “ I am American and therefore if arrested will be let out “ In contrast to the older Hispanic whom she is seen arguing is beyond me! The disrespect was unnecessary and it’s sad to simply compare your legal status in this country with a customer who as mentioned has been a loyal customer to your company for years. Very sickening.
