DO NOT USE AS UPS ACCESS POINT. My package is lost although they claim the ups truck has already picked up the package. It's been 3 weeks. I didn't receive a receipt so I can't even track my package. Staff seems lost. I'm feeling like my package was stolen. They even mistaked me for another customer with an delivery issue & allowed me to leave with the mistaken package until I checked & it was not mine. so annoyed that I'm possibly not getting my money for my returned package. 0/10.

I'm not sure what has changed since my initial five star rating but I have updated it now to one star. This Pharmacy is a little unorganized. I receive phone calls from them when they receive a new medication asking if I wanted to fill it. Isn't that the point of calling in a medication? For it to be filled. I even asked why do I continuously get this call because it doesn't make sense to me if my physician is putting through medication other pharmacies automatically just fill it. The pharmacist is often not there and I feel they should close down when he's not there because what's the point of remaining open. It's not like they can give me my medications without him there, which make zero sense since its for pick up. Due to these little minor inconveniences that keep happening too often, I'm changing pharmacist

This place doesn’t even deserve a star! I could give HORRIBLE LOCATION! Don’t EVER use this place as a UPS pick up point. On Monday package was delivered, the staff claimed there was an issue with package tracking info and they had to speak to the UPS delivery driver and told me to return another day. I came multiple times and they said they hadn’t seen the man. Thursday came and they said the UPS man took the package and returned back to sender but they had no proof no slip or nothing and were so clueless! It made me believe they stole my package or something. They were so oblivious and were not helpful at all. So unprofessional I would never ship a package here again because they lack accountability and provided horrible customer service.

This place has horrible customer service the hours are listed from 9AM to 7PM. You call at 6:30 and they say they are closed. Very poor customer service

Wonderfully helpful staff. They went above and beyond to fill my prescription within an hour so I could travel with my medicine. They then delivered it to my house at no cost. Amazing team and service.

Wow, what a pleasant experience. Today I visited the pharmacy and everyone was very professional, and the service was absolutely amazing. The technicians were very polite. The personnel at the counter was so friendly and helpful. The pharmacy is very organized and clean. Loved my visit and will be coming here for all my needs moving forward.

I decided to use Green Pharmacy because it is very close to my home and accessible for my 80 year old mother. After my experience with Alejandra & Valerie, I would travel 10 miles out of the way to receive my medication. They work hard to fix issues and have the best personalities a consumer can ask for. The store is clean and well organized. It’s just a refreshing space to walk into overall.

This pharmacy has exceeded my expectations. They offer ups drop off, they have money gram, do money orders and accept otc. It’s a beautiful pharmacy that is very well taken care of. The pharmacist and staff are all very friendly and make you feel at home the minute you walk through the door. If I could give this place 10 stars I would. I am happy to have this kind of business in my community!

it was my first time at this pharmacy in section 1 coop city and it was the best experience ever!!! The girls that worked there and even the pharmacist was great!!! They also, are very friendly and answer all your questions and try to help you!’n Wish I got there names!!! But i’m very impressed with how they treat there customers!!!

I've been wanting to write a review about this pharmacy for a minute now. I had surgery some months ago and was unable to go into to the pharmacy to pick up my medication. So I called Alejandra on the phone and had my medication sent to me within 10 minutes. I love this young lady's energy and she's always smiling and willing to help with anything I may need from this pharmacy. She's differently a great addition to this store. I also wanna to all the staff there who are also amazing as well. Thank you for all that you do for our community.

Nice looking local pharmacy but not impressed by selection of over the counter and other items. From the business name I thought it would be more holistic or having selections that are not just basic items. Nothing to make you want to return there really.

I came to shop at this drugstore twice and I was assisted quickly and I found my items easily. This week I needed help with a fax and again the staff helped. I pleased with the services as they are customer friendly, professional, and effective.

I visited the green pharmacy a few times and everytime, everyone is so helpful to find what I'm looking for. They have great prices for our neighborhood. We needed a pharmacy that was modern and close by. Good thing also they have a little bit of everything for your convenience. Love shopping here.
