I’ve been coming to this pharmacy for almost 10 years now I’ve never had any issues with them until as of recently for about 5 months now. New staff are young and unprofessional almost rude even at times. I recently moved away but still kept my medication at this place so I started using the delivery service. Their delivery service sucks because I never get all my medication and always had to visit the pharmacy to pick up the rest of my medication so now I’ve resorted to just not using delivery anymore. When I call in for refills I used to get a call notifications that it was ready but not anymore. If I call and get put on hold they always forget you’re on the line and eventually hang up on you and play it off as they don’t know who put you on hold when it’s the same person who picks up when you call again. So at this point I’m in the process of looking for another pharmacy. This pharmacy definitely ran better when it first opened when Dr. Goodman was alive but now it’s just no good.

Very nice associates. The only real downside is that you always have to call in and wait for your prescription. Also closed on Saturdays.

They just left me without medicine for a cold that's kept me out of work two days. The prescription was sent at about 3PM, why they couldn't have it ready at 7 bewilders me. Going back to work without my prescription tomorrow. It's also not the first time this happens. One time they called and said my prescription was ready and made me wait nearly 40 minutes. Then it was the wrong prescription and I had to go the other day again. Such a shame since I prefer to support local but i guess I'd rather take a walk to not deal with the nonsense.

Do not recommend very unprofessional they never have any medicine that I need Literally waited two days for my son’s medicine for an infection he has in his body just for them to tell me that they don’t have the medicine they never have anything how is it a pharmacy that don’t have medicine Make it make sense

Nice to have in the neighborhood. Not a lot of shell products but pharmacy works fine. Unfortunately they close early on weekdays and close on weekends. That's a bummer!

They’re a wonderful staff until you actually need something, my prescriptions were sent over and most of it denied ( I am a type 2 diabetic I need a lot of supplies ), and they said it was because of the insurance company. I call the insurance company, and they let me know it’s actually Goodman Pharmacy who didn’t process it correctly. When I reached back out to Goodman they want me to do all the leg work and try to have my insurance company call them to walk them through ( as if they’ll actually call ). That’s ridiculous, I had to go a weekend without my supplies. This pharmacy used to be great but now it sucks! STAY AWAY

This is the worst pharmacy that a person cam go to, no wonder why they change the staff every couple of month. They never have prescription ready, the pharmacist is always out. The staff is so rude. It used to be a good pharmacy but now. I wouldn’t even trust the prescription that they fill me

People who work at Goodman's I always have a good attitude respectable and they try to make your prescription pick up as quick as possible that if he's not taking narcotics I I've been shopping at Goodman for about 4 years very highly respected people .
