5/9/24.. not even a 1 star .. this pharmacy needs to be replaced, very unprofessional.. They told me a rx was ready when I called and when I arrived the pharmacist stated “oh nope, don’t have that it’s on back order try again tomorrow”.. very rude, which was frustrating.People need to start taking their jobs serious again because you’re playing with other people health. Do your due diligence!!! Check before you tell someone to come pick up medication.They NEVER call to tell you your rx is ready for pick up you ALWAYS have to call them and deal with terrible service.

It’s Friday 12/22/23 9:20am right now & the store is supposed to be open & they’re not. There was a receptionist who called me last night & told me they had my medication & I told them I’ll be able to pick it up today before work either at 9/9:10am because I work 10-8pm & they’re closed when I get out. The receptionist said “Ok that’s fine see you tomorrow”. Why I come today 9:20am & they’re closed -_-.. horrible communication, now I have to wait till Wednesday to get my medication because this place sucks.

This place never stays open until the time posted. Yesterday was the FOURTH time I arrived before closing time and the door was locked. Employees were inside, I knocked and rand the bell but was ignored. Another review stated they don't open on-time either. This place needs to abide by the times they have posted and stop wasting OUR time!

Tried to go to the pharmacy today to drop off packages but door was locked. It’s open with two employees inside. Tried knocking and was ignored, tried calling and was ignored and put to voicemail. It’s fine if it’s closed today but at least put a sign or let people know the pharmacy is closed.

Please beware of this UPS access point. They do not have a system in place to properly track your package. Today, I caught the pharmacy team (including the manager) attempting to hide my package. They updated their system to say that my package was picked up. After pleading with them for over 10 minutes to check the bins where they keep the packages they finally agreed to check and gave me my items. This is absolutely unacceptable this pharmacy needs better management especially during this pandemic!
