Waited outside 14 min in the cold for someone to finally show up & open this pharmacy, unbelievable

Tried to go to the pharmacy today to drop off packages but door was locked. It’s open with two employees inside. Tried knocking and was ignored, tried calling and was ignored and put to voicemail. It’s fine if it’s closed today but at least put a sign or let people know the pharmacy is closed.
