It’s sad to say you can tell the staff is treated poorly. They also have a plumbing issue right now. The store odor is horrendous! No one should ever have to work in those conditions.My first and last time shopping in this establishment.

They straight up lied to me about the quality of hair they were selling just to make a quick buck. No refunds were allowed on this product either so I wasted $80 on it. They also have this habit of letting customers in when the store is closed then giving them the meanest attitude when they actually shop there. Don’t recommend.

The woman at the counter I’m guessing was married to the man who was in the front. She begins to be rude because I came in and made it a priority to inform me that they would be closing soon. I stated “ that’s fine I only came in for a few small items I’ll be out quickly I’m not trying to take long.” She continues to complain that it’s close to closing hours but let’s other customers come in. One thing if you closing why isn’t the door locked? That was the first thing that was off. She greeted me with nothing but disrespectful attitude on top of the fact that she was very close too close for comfort then to top it all off she says “what do you want to do about it?!” As if I came there for a fight.

I wanted to support a black owned business but my experience was terrible the employees are rude and will give you attitude the hair that they promote and sell is terrible and I lost my hard earned money, but ever since I had an incident with one employee I never went back. You guys need to do better

I have visited this beauty supply store a couple of time. However, the cashiers are ghetto and speak to you non professional and for it to be black owned in the area which they are located you would think they would be a bit more humble. I would never go there again and watch out because the cashiers are thirsty. God doesn't like UGLY

I visited this store recently and was very pleasantly surprised by their selection. Quality products and the staff was friendly and helpful. I drove Frm PA to the Bronx to go to their competition's store across the street only to find they didn't have what I needed buy guess what the ladies at ZEE BLACK BEAUTY had all the things. I would happily recommend this shop to anyone and will be going back! Good job ladies!
