Bought a game here and the cashier tried to add the $3.99 warranty without asking me. Luckily I noticed it and pointed it out, and then they tried to convince me to get the warranty anyway even though I didn’t want it. Seems kind of sketchy to add on without asking me. Would have ended up paying for it if I wasn’t paying close enough attention.

Bought a Ps5 controller with a 2 year warranty. After a year I tried to return the controller because of stick drift. The worker when I purchased the controller, only put into the system only a 1 year warranty. I was not helped with this situation and wasn’t compensated in anyway. Be careful when buying warranties from workers here. They don’t pay attention and won’t help with their mistakes after. Just go to Best Buy or Target

So GameStop can sell preowned things but can’t return/exchange anything that has been opened, they sell products online 1 price but when you get to the store it’s another price, you purchase GameStop pro for discounts and rewards but don’t get anything smh GameStop needs to do better! #TeamBestBuy

This GameStop has the best workers who deserve a raise because I was a dollar short on a game and not only they gave a dollar for my game but they also gave me a free protection plan for a year.

Corny. Employees always have attitudes and try to sell you the most damaged product hoping you don't ask for a different one. Employees hoard all the good stuff in the back room and the store is always randomly closed with a "be back soon" sign

Came into this Game Stop last night for the first time and was so shocked at how clean & stocked this location was. I have been to a lot of Game Stops (boy mom) this is by far the nicest one I've been in. Customer service was great, & Orlando answered all of our questions. GREAT LOCATION!!!!

Walked in and the store associate was on his phone talking to someone about their asthma pump. I know that's a very important situation, so I gave him some grace.When he got off the phone, he did not acknowledge me. I was looking for a Legend of Zelda Nintendo switch game card case, and could not find it, so I asked him, as well as informed him that according to the GameStop app, they had it in stock - before I could finish my sentence, he proceeds to ask me what was that? and once I explained, he replied "yeah nah, I never seen that, we don't have it." Any other store would've at least checked their inventory. This young man proceeds to go back to entertaining his phone.I found a few items I was looking for, and went to the cash register to pay. He not only scanned one of my items twice, but also once informed that one of the items he scanned was listed for a lower price, he didn't investigate to see if what I stated was correct, he just asked if I wanted to continue with the purchase or not. I took it off, because I know I saw it for less and he clearly had no interest in properly assisting me. I made my purchase and as I was leaving the store, another customer asked for suggestions for Nintendo switch games for his young child, and the store associate response was "I can't think of any games that's hot right now for the switch." I was so confused! Not when Super Mario Wonder comes highly rated, and one of the most popular kid friendly games out right now! I wanted to turn back and offer my suggestion, but went about my way.This store needs better sales associates.As for the items that he refused to inquire about for me, I went to the GameStop store on the grand concourse to get them, and the associate in that store was super helpful and friendly.

As always, very clean and everything is laid out nicely. The staff member helped me when I had questions about their headsets and gave me a lot of info about them. They're also pretty social and nice.
