Just got my husky from the groomers there. The groomer sucks seriously she only knows how to do one hairstyle which is cut all your dogs fur off making them look like a rat and than on top of that cut my dog behind his ear

I took my dog there Sunday for a hair. To be honest the customer service is amazing. 100% hands down very friendly people working there. But to be very honest I won’t take my dog there for grooming again her hair cut is uneven they cut her hair from her tail to short when I ask them to plz don’t cut much off her tail. I’m very disappointed with it but what can I say $80.00 went down the drain. I do apologize for this post but I have to let yall know how I feel. I

Gabby pets literally attended dogs all year around with no proof of id or vaccination except for when they are getting inspected lol that's the only time they will refuse your dog with no vaccine card pls shut them down !!

I have no doubt that the animals at the store are well taken care of. They are really docile and will allow you to interact with them.The store gets its pets from a breeder and isn't shy about it. The people working in the store were nice and professional. The animals were clean and active.?They DO NOT discuss process over the phone, not even to give you a ballpark on what to expect. They cat I was told about would come to $1400. They do come with insurance from the store(I dont know how good it is).

Love this place!! Customer service was THE BEST!! Came in looking for a fur brother for our First Fur baby Benji. They were amazing with helping us choose between so many adorable pups. Gave us great tips and information! We are so happy with the newest addition to our family! Def recommend this place to anyone looking for a fur baby to add to their family! ?❤️

This pet store does not take care of their hamsters. The hamster are living in filth and fighting one another. Please clean their cages that’s not healthy and it can make them sick.

Didn’t even know the store was here. Lynn was amazing she gave me so much Knowledge about my Goldendoodle puppy. I am so grateful and I’m definitely going back for more things. She definitely is amazing so is the store!

I had been bringing my 2 digit gs for grooming, for the last 3 yrs, the gentleman Carlos did an excellent job, & another dark haired young lady, today there was another woman doing the grooming, I was reluctant, but left them to be groomed, upon getting home, I find my fur baby all bruised in his groin area, & the bald headed cue ball behind the counter was very rude & vulgar. Poor customer service!
