My experience a GD palace
jewelry unfortunately was not a good one I purchased it a charm with my mom picture and my kid Diamond $4,000 purchase they did it wrong the first time I went to pick it up it wasn't ready they call me when I go to pick it up it was nothing like I was supposed to they tried to make it up by giving me $8 bottle of wine from Israel I dump it in the toilet never again I'm a very unsatisfied customer thank you Gabriel and the staff,,

As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Gabriel and he immediately assisted me with what I was looking for. I honestly was only there to ask a few questions but after speaking to Gabriel I decided to go ahead and purchase the necklace and pendant. Gabriel knew exactly what I was envisioning and he even made better suggestions for me. The entire ordeal and purchase was such a great experience and to make things even better he had the pendant done the very next day which was amazing due to the fact that I thought I had to wait for at least a week. I must say that the pendant is absolutely stunning and the high definition colors are beautiful!!! Thank you Gabriel for all that you did to help me with my purchase and for your superb customer service!!!!!

WAYYY overpriced!!! They wanted $7K for a $1.5K cuban link bracelet! Buyer beware. I suggest comparing prices first before you even THINK about buying from here.

I found this store to have quality pieces of jewelery for sale. The customer service was on point. The salesmen were polite and not pushy, especially Gabriel who not only presented the items but educated you about the gems and care. The personal attention received by the Salespeople was appreciated. They took that extra step to please. I found what I wanted and bought another piece well. I not only recommend this store but I have brought others to purchase as well.

honestly didn’t know what to expect when I was trying to purchase a chain for my boyfriend but GD jewelers really came through for me. I purchased a picture pendant chain and it came out better than I could’ve ever imagined , only took 10 days to get made and the price was affordable as well. The staff in there are great , especially Gabriel who helped me throughout this whole purchase. I would definitely buy from there again without a doubt.

I have made a couple purchases in the store and each and one of them I have received great customer service. Gabriel has being the one that has help me, all the time with great service.
