I got my bedroom set here and I got spectacular customer service from entering the store to getting the delivery and having everything assembled perfectly to my vision. I absolutely recommend this location. The employees are amazing. I 100% recommend to everyone.

The service was great. They gave us a great price for all their furniture. We were having a hard time finding a dining table and looked though many furniture stores but honestly in this store the people were patient and help us find the perfect table. I could not explain how amazing this place is. If you want to find top quality furniture and get a great price come check this place out. You won’t regret it l.

Found this place by accident & glad I did their assortment is vast with beautiful furniture from beds/ frames couches dressers cabinets lighting chandeliers and wall art but most of all their customer service is unparalleled thank you Iggy ?

while visiting my old bronx hood, velour furnitures window display caught my attention and darn it i will buy something that i dont have room for or really dont need but darn it i do like that round coffee table and matching side table for under 500 bucks. i cant cosign if the furniture is grade a top notch quality but for your living room , bedroom, kitchen , man cave , etc, you could do worst and pay more at some other over priced place . i got my tables delivered in 3 days and it was not damaged and very easy to assemble. i most say the furniture at velour is worth a look and you cant beat the prices .

HORRIFIC company, horrible service!! STAY AWAY!!! Ordered 8 chairs from them back in the beginning of November expecting it to arrive by thanksgiving as I was told. Chairs never arrived, and for 6 weeks I was told that I would receive a tracking number for my chairs, and week after week, NOTHING! Had to contact my credit card company and dispute the charge. RUN, RUN, RUN!! Wish I could give it ZERO STARS!!!
