I went there again to buy some fishing equipment and the same black guy that work as security there never changed, he snatched the ticket out of my hand and still profiling on me and all black people that go in that sports shop , and this is crazy because he is black as we are . I spend a lot of money in that place and the things I buy from them are not cheap . This guy hate his inner self so much that he projects it on all black people and know them not . He hate me without a cause . He reminds me of SATAN . But it takes more than a bad apple to break my spirits , my faith if founded in my Lord Christ . Nice try SATAN ! ! !

My husband went in to buy uniforms. We accompanied him. My daughter has a federally licensed service dog papers and card up to date and the lady in there said we were not allowed in so we waited for him in the car. When my husband was paying my daughter had to use the restroom so the polite gentleman that was ringing him up said it was okay for her to go in and use the restroom. When I took her in the extremely rude and non courteous lady in there said she wasn't allowed to use the restroom. So we left and took our business to varsity uniforms.

excellent service in my case I went for some uniforms for the company where I work I want you to know that they are authorized to sell uniforms from many companies find out if your uniform is there the service is very excellent the prices vary but they have everything I recommend them and close in the bronx

Not pleased with Franks sport shop online store. Bought a coat online for my girls bday( bought shoes elsewhere to match) got a email saying the order was canceled. I called to figure out what was wrong. I was told my card declined. I ask if I can make a payment over the phone. I was told no. I thought maybe I put in the wrong CC#. So I purchased it again. Right after I get a call from a pleasant older gentleman. He told me I can’t use a PO Box for billing address but if I email my id he could get it approved. So I did. He called me back and said it was approved but they don’t have the coat in stock! SMH now I have almost $400 on hold waiting to be returned. I might have to return the shoes and start all over. If you are purchasing online beware.

I brought in a NY Yankee road jersey to have Aaron Judge's number stitched on the back. I called prior to going there and was quoted a price and given a turnover time (1 week to 10 days). This was reasonable to me.When I arrived there, I was met by another employee at the rear of the store, who told me the turnover time was 3 -4 weeks. I told him that's not what I was told and asked for the person who I spoke to. He told me that he was in the back (store room). I asked. "May I speak with him?"The guy continued reading his inventory or order list and made me wait. I was under the impression he was going to get the guy, but he never did. I continued to wait.After waiting for about 5 minutes, he finally picked up the phone and called the guy who confirmed what I had told him. He proceeded to hang up the phone and started to write up a ticket for my order.My problem was that I was given the impression that my business was not wanted by this guy. His attitude was nonchalant and standoff-ish. It was a bit of a turn-off, but it did not deter me.With that said, the store is legit. Specializing in Army/Navy clothing and related accessories, work clothing (Dickies), and sports themed apparel like jerseys.They obviously perform services like stitching and alternations, I presume. The bad customer service notwithstanding, I would shop there again. ?
