Purchased a pair of air max 270. Then changed my mind. Went into the store the next day to get my refund. Return policy states refund within 14 days. Thad one of the workers stated to come back around 4:00 bcuz the register doesn't have enough money. Such a huge company all over the world. Not enough money in register?? How is this even possible!! Such an inconvenience on having the customer come back for their refund! Unprofessional and falseadvertisement if u ask me!

This store is awful.treat people so rude.and they also hold the shoes for themselves. The attitude is so bad.i won't come back.it is like a nightmare

Had a problem with a online order so I was instructed to go to any Foot Action to resolve the problem. Xavier (the store manager) was extremely helpful. He resolved my issue (quickly), explained the reason why it may have happen & was apologetic on behalf of the company. He turned a unpleasant experience around.

Rachel was incredibly helpful in getting my custom insoles set up. I didn't feel pressured to purchase anything I didn't need, and definitely felt the teams genuine interest in helping me find shoes/insoles that fit best.

The level of service is on point! There was a young man who helped me and my husband find sneakers for me and my two boys and he was amazing on the brand and how old the sneaker are and patience with us while Multitasking with other buyers. Win win best customer service
