Had a problem with a online order so I was instructed to go to any Foot Action to resolve the problem. Xavier (the store manager) was extremely helpful. He resolved my issue (quickly), explained the reason why it may have happen & was apologetic on behalf of the company. He turned a unpleasant experience around.

Rachel was incredibly helpful in getting my custom insoles set up. I didn't feel pressured to purchase anything I didn't need, and definitely felt the teams genuine interest in helping me find shoes/insoles that fit best.
