Absolutely appalling experience! The cashiers and managers at this supermarket are consistently rude and discriminatory. Management turns a blind eye, prioritizing profits over customer respect. They defend their staff's unacceptable behavior, even when it involves discrimination or verbal abuse. I've consistently rated this store 0/10 due to its exorbitant prices and terrible service. I will never return, as they seem unwilling to change their ways.

The staff is one of the must diligence staff that I've ever seen. They do all in their hands to get you what you need. Why 3 start?, because meat prices are insane, we live in the local bronx and even other supermarket's brand, known for their high prices has the meat in a better price.

THIS IS My neighborhood market and I have nothing but good things to say! Could use more sales but I Heard it's a private owned establishment the lady with glasses.....I call her "JEFFA". SHE IS ONE OF THE MOST NICEST HUMAN BEINGS I HAVE EVER MET IN MY LIFE . YOU COULD BE SHORT ON YOUR PURCHASE AND SHE WOULD ACTUALLY COME OUT OF POCKET AND HELP YOU OUT. SHE HAS A HEART OF GOLD. I GO THERE EVERY DAY AND BUY MY PEPSI ! I AM TERRIBLY ADDICTED TO PEPSI COLA BUT HEY. ..

The place is a little small but they always have what I need and everything is always fresh. And the customer service from this one man is absolutely perfect. He's willing to give a hand at any time even when he is busy . He will stop what he is doing to help you .and guess what he's handicapped.
