I really didn’t like how complicated everything was like they need more people that talk at least two languages just in case for people who don’t talk English. Also once you buy a suit you can only exchange with other things but you can’t get your money back. I really didn’t like it there never shopping there ever again.

Told me my suit was going to be ready at 3 and i came to pick it up at 5 and they told me it wasnt ready for another hour and missed my prom never coming here again??♂️

I'm going to give it 3 stars, the seller, very professional in his work, did his best in making the sale, I think they charged me about $40 dollars to do the tailoring. The problem is not how much the tailor costs, it is the terrible job he did. The owner of the place has no ethics what he was talking about, my advice is to buy the suit but don't use his tailor.

I purchased a suit at Fino (345 East Fordham road in the Bronx) for my son graduation tomorrow 6/23/23. The suit was purchased on Sunday 6/18/23 and it was left with the store to adjust the length. Everything was fully paid on that day. I was told to pick it up today 6/22/23. When I got there I was told to come back tomorrow because the tailor is not available. I explained that my son needs the suit for his graduation tomorrow morning. I was told by one of the workers there that is not his problem. He was very rude, unapologetic and unprofessional. They did not even attempt to resolve the issue they created. I explained to the store manager that they should have reach out to me since Sunday to let me know instead of me showing up at the time they gave me for pick up to find out my son’s suit was not even touched. They totally ignored all that I say and just kept saying the tailor is not available. I requested for my money back and still wait for the refund to reflect on my account. I give this store two ? ? for their poor customer service.

Very poor manners. The salesmen I encountered was very rude. Poor salesmen. I will never return to this Fino.
