They don't have a large selection of footwear and the staff isn't consistently present in the store. I waited 10 minutes in the store before an employee approached. Also, Finish Line and Finish Line in Macy's isn't exactly the same. Finish Line in Macy's will not accept returns or exchanges from Finish Line.

All of the sneaker stores had lines. Finish line had a lot of shoes on display but a lot of the sizes were sold out.
