As a worker here the manager miss Han isn’t not fit the be manager she disrespects me and other workers with a dark complexion Very petty Doesn’t know how to talk to people Very Very unprofessional She needs to get switched with the guy manager. Workers come and go in this place like crazy Feels like jail when u come in here Ur being watched the whole time she got upset at one of the guy workers for basically not risking they life fighting the guy He kicked the guy that was stealing out the store and the thieft came back threatening and she got mad at the worker instead of calling the police. For all u know he could’ve had a knife. With that being said 1/10 place the workers here are very nice it’s just her the worker nylisha is a very good worker just the management here is poor she is also very hard to understand since she speaks broken english

The store manager Ms Han is incompetent to manage ba business and disrespectful to her black staffs and customers, she is RACIST to the extreme, rude, unfair and have absolutely no good intentions towards the her staffs with dark complexion, the way this lady treat black people is unacceptable.

They have everything you need and more hair supply wise. The owner is a little rude and condescending but the workers are extremely helpful and willing to help. This is my go to for hair supplies. Once the owner humbles herself and stops looking down on the people she hires and customers she services I will give it a 5 star. They also have a wide variety of lower budget make up for just a night out or for someone who doesn't wear make up everyday and in turn requires a Mac quality.

DO NOT SHOP HERE !! As an African American woman i can’t believe the treatment i just received from the owner and workers. I was asking why the prices skyrocketed from the last time i was there and got lashed out at with disrespect i will no longer be supporting them and will find business else where

Like this store is horrible. I love the chain FEEL beauty but this particular location is the worse. Like the chinese lady with the bangs is always rude. She thinks she know more about the hair you want than you do. And they OVERPRICE EVERYTHING. Take your business directly across the street to "Forever" beauty supply. I wish i could keep all of my "sistahs" out of this store and see how long she last in there. I hate a business with terrible customer service. ?

It’s one of those places where if you misread or didn’t catch the return/exchange policy, the store owner will treat you like trash. It’s not even about the customer being right, but can I get treated with basic respect and dignity as you tell me something? The manager barely looked me in the face as she talked and treated the whole interaction as blasé.You can tell there’s no care for customer service or just basic human interaction with black customers. Classic story of people wanting to own stores in black neighborhoods and hating black people. ??

The prices on common items are jacked up significantly.Compared to other stores that are not that far away these prices can be cheaper. The staff is constantly watching you..and badgering asking if you need help even when you tell them you don't. It's annoying. You're better off going across the street for a smoother experience
