En noviembre 11 2022 envie un tanque y una caja, a mi entender este envio iba a estar en RD en 3 semanas, los dias pasaban y nunca llego, mi hermana (vive en RD) se comunico con ellos y le dijeron que ya estaban entregando, pues los dias pasaban y nuestros paquetes no aparecian, llamabamos diario y nadie tenia una respuesta, ni en NY ni en RD, para la fecha del 23 de diciembre un señor en NY dijo que los paquetes estaban incautados en aduanas porque segun ellos habian demasiadas cosas nuevas y que teniamos que pagar un impuesto de mas de $400 dolares, pero que ellos se harian cargo y que solo teniamos que pagarles $150 dolares para poder sacar los paquetes de aduana, esa cantidad de dinero es aparte de lo que ya habia pagado para el envio. No nos quedo de otra que pagarle el dinero y ahi aparecieron nuestras cajas, el 30 de diciembre y aparte de eso todo revolteado y se robaron muchas cosas incluyendo dos perfumes de buena marca.
