OMG!!!!! I try to exchage two hair color and the korean man he want a do the exchage because he known me I always spend lot money there but the black lady who usually at hair section she refuse to do the exchange she said because its only 7day to exchange on i passed only one day i have my recibe and the color was on perfect contidion she answer me with bad attitute and nasty tell me the business doesnt need me if i dont come back i have my own salon Im hair stylist in grand concourse i spend a lot money in there i have to find another beauty

Went all the way there to shop for a wig. Found one that cost 350 plus taxes. Was told by the woman not to touch the display which I was confused because I wasn’t trying to try it on. If you want someone to spend that kind of money on a last resort wig you should let them feel the display. The attendant was bored I guess. Won’t ever return there and I will advise my clients not to shop there. Makes me wonder why they are trying to hide the quality of the hair. No good!

ussually i shop in this store but no any more the lady in the wig section has a bad attitude she dont have patience i touch i wig and she yelled me where is the customer service i give two stars for her the rest of employer are really good except her

Incredible, the woman in the wigs is very bad person , she treats her co-workers badly, and yells at them I ask for the manager to report what I see and the lady told me she is in charge I don't come back to this store

Selection seems hit or miss, also a little over-priced. The woman that's usually in the back loud and on her phone picks and chooses who she helps and how nice she wants to be you. Nasty attitude ?

I endorse Nicka K products to the fullest. Go to the right last aisle of the store, front of that aisle id all Nicka K makeup and other NK items. Take all my money right now Fantacia!Anyways, large selection, another great and cheap store. Recommended.
