Why do they have so many employees inside yet the store is closed ????? It's been closed since the beginning of the month. Also I don't get why when you come in the guy takes your bag away to check in like my bags are empty I need them to put my items in but the guy still wanted to check in my bags and give me a ticket until I paid my items yet other had their own bags so what was the difference!

Prices $Easy to park, easy access. Not crowded.

Really rude workers also during the summer literally ac was down for the whole summer even during the heat wave all the chocolates were melted employees have always been rude and mad ghetto never been to a store with ruder employees super impatient too. Probably mad because they make $8 an hour

I visit this store on 12/02/23 around 4pm With my kids because my kids love this store they they have beautiful toys but one of employees courses and yelling my kids because he touches couple toys, and other Emily also watching, basically All the staff is very rude and unprofessional. Even the manager was rude. Please evaluate your staff for better customer service. Also they all look high on drugs.

Always polite and courteousAs of recently visiting the poor staff was suffering without air conditioning throughout this summer it felt like they had the heat and had to step outside in the heat just to cool off and it was a heatwave I know it doesn't make sense but that's something u had to witness for yourself the company needs to compensate them

Went to pickup a package from an Amazon locker at this location at 8:30. The closing time that is listed online is 9PM, to my surprise it was closed.
