My first and last time ever shopping in the store. I have purchased a BOGO and realize that I am graduating with a pet and it possibly would not be safe for me to even wear either of the shoes that I purchased when I went in this morning to have the return done the clerk behind the counter was extremely rude. In addition to that I brought my receipt in, and it still had to be confirmed as if I was doing something wrong, needless to say I’ve always learn unhappy customer can make unhappy customers.

I love the service sometime they offer me coffee. But sometimes it smells very bad and I have to go I don't know what's going on lately in the store

I really liked the attention in this store, I went with my mother a few weeks ago and the young Luis was very nice and the girls too, the manager is very patient with adults, very good service

I walked in and immediately was greeted and welcomed by the Manager named Daisy. She was wonderful patient and very nice. All around the employees were very welcoming. Left happy with a couple pairs for the family. Definitely recommend to anyone in the neighborhood. 10/10

Very rude customer service you ask for help and they act like they do not understand what you saying. They just sitting down on their phones. Floor is very dirty needs vacuuming.

I went in looking for a new pair of she’s and the manager kindly helped me find the right size. Store could be a little more organized but everything else to the customer service is perfect !!
