My mom and I went into the store yesterday to pick up some sandals for ourselves and my toddler daughter. I noticed the kids' character sandals were BOGO free and grabbed 2. The women's sandals were also BOGO but the 2nd pair was 50% off so my mom and I each grabbed a pair. We were on line waiting to be checked out and there was one woman ahead of us. The lady grabbed her 2 boxes and was attempting to carry them in her hand when the cashier asked her if she wanted a bag in spanish. She didn't charge the lady for the bag but attempted to charge my mom and I for 2 bags with our purchase. I asked her why she didn't charge the lady before us and she ignored me. I refuse to spend my hard earned money anywhere that treats me in such a manner. From reading these reviews, this store has a preference for Spanish customers. That should be written next to the open/closed sign so people who don't come from a Latin background are aware. I won't ever shop here again

Deberian cambiar el personal , no saben lo que hacen ni saben cobrar. Me hicieron una transsacion y luego no (les salia) pero mi banco lo retiro.. y los empleados en vez de resolver se pusieron a discutir uno con otros... MUY NO PROFESIONAL al igual que dando actitud por algo que no es culpa del cliente...

Traveled an hour and 1/2 to take my nephew and neice shopping for prom, only to be followed through the store and have the employee bad mouth us in Spanish, not knowing i speak Spanish. They're extremely unprofessional and i would not recommend this store to anyone.
