Still waiting on my money from Marcia Campbell... After just having surgery on my shoulder earlier this month, I will now be at her office everyday handing out flyers with these text messages from her to warn anyone who goes near her business. PERIOD!...

I called to see an apartment and was informed the apartment will not be available to see until next week. They requested I come to complete an application so I did. What they fail to mention they charge an application fee of $100.00. I don't mind paying an application fee once I see an apartment and have decided I like it but not before. These realtors have to be more honest and upfront when speaking with people because they wasted my time coming to their office to try and charge me a fee for an apartment they are not able to show.

If I could give this company zero stars, I would. My husband met with JR and was shown an apartment that he fell in love with. Two days later, my husband and I met with JR to see said apartment. Upon arriving to the realty, we had to wait for JR to arrive. We we're supposed to see the apartment (as previously agreed upon), but then he states the superintendent was not answering his phone. He then proceeded to show us a subpar apartment in another development. Based on my husband love for the apartment we agreed to go forth with applying for it, despite my not having seen the apartment. A few more days passed and we made arrangements against to see the apartment my husband was in love with. Upon us meeting at the building, we had to wait for JR over an hour (when he was supposed to be 10 minutes away). When we get into the buldiing he shows us a different apartment and claimed we could not see the apartment we are supposed to rent because an application is on the apartment. I explained to him what he said didn't make sense because we were said applicants. JR claimed when applications are sent, they don't have the applicant name on it. Myusband is visibly irate, buy try to keep his composser and I am livid. We both know this is b******** JR reports that he will have a response from the management agency in two days. Due to my husband love for the apartment he reaches out to JR who doesn't answer. Then someone from the management agency named Atara reaches out and state she needs our social security number to send out the applicant. My husband explained this was already done by JR. However, he provides it. He waits two weeks and they claim they have not received a response. To this day no response was provided (obviously we didn't get it). Nor has our realtor JR reached out about viewing other apartments. This Realty is a scam and should be closed done. If your thinking Bout giving them your business don't. Run!!!!

I normally don't make reviews unless I really have too. Today March 3, 2018. I visited extreme reality and met with a woman Kerryann Lawson. To discuss 3 bedroom apartment. When I arrive, Kerryann hasn't arrived as of yet, I wasn't waiting long. I apply to application, then we go and sit to discuss about the apartment only for her to say oh I don't realize you have a program, now pry conversation I told her I was an city employee. What I made annually, credit score is good, plus I have a program she okay I have something available. I said okay when can we meet as first that was an hassle. Then we finally agree to meet which was today. Only for me to come to waist my time. I understand I have section 8 but I work and I still have to pay out of pocket from application fee on down to the brokers fee. This women was very snobbish and didn't have a care in the world about me waisting my time. She is very unprofessional because broker that know their job will not meet with a client and not read all the fact from the very first message. Thank you but no thank you.
