Looking forward to my moving in date. Had a great tour with Diego who took his time to show me all the great amenities and was able to answer all my questions. All facilities look very well taken care of. Apartment units are furnished with modern appliances and the building as well as the apartment units are full of smart features like being able to open doors and check intercoms through your phone, reporting appartement issues to the maintenance staff through an app, thermostats for every room and the list goes on.There is in building parking with electric chargers, fios, optimun and other internet providers and they are looking to add retail spaces to the buildings.All the staff seemed friendly and welcoming, and they seem to care about being able to create a community and help residents connect with each other. It's a beautiful building with great amenities and beautiful views.

I'm happy to call this place my home!From the moment you walk in the front door, Estela has an overflow of warmth and appeal. Even the refreshing scent in the lobby will make you want to sit back and relax. At Estela, you will find something to enjoy, to name a few, such as the well-equipped fitness center, movie theater room, and the rooftop deck for those beautiful weather days. Every unit has a washer and dryer (No more midnight runs to the 24-hour laundry mat). Estela lacks nothing regarding comfort and convenience. Even your furry little friends will enjoy the fenced-in dog run on the rooftop deck.This up-and-coming neighborhood has restaurants, a shopping center, and public transportation. Construction for 'Lower Concourse Park' is underway and will be a great addition once completed.The staff is friendly and welcoming. Senior property manager Tony Kim is such a kind and lovely person. He will go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Mr. Diago Maya is friendly and readily available to answer all your questions.If you're looking for an inviting and cozy place to live, look no further Estela is the place to call home.

This affordable and luxurious property is a dream come true. The building is beautifully designed and equipped with many amenities ,top of the line technology and security systems along with beautiful views of the city. Tony, Diego and the entire Estela team received me with a very warm welcome and walked me thoroughly through the leasing and move-in process.The staff is also very knowledgeable and attentive. We are truly delighted to call this place our new home and being a part of the Estela Community.

Absolutely love this apartment complex. I had a tour today with property manager Tony Kim, who was kind and Very patient with us, he answered all our questions and any concerns. He showed us several units all beautiful and modern. The building is very clean and well kept. Both buildings reminds me of a high-end boutique hotel. The gym areas and the rooftop lounges are well-maintained. The staff that we did met during our tour were very pleasant. Also there’s beautiful artwork throughout the buildings that are done by local residence, beautiful to see. It’s amazing to see a slice of luxury in the middle of the South Bronx, But it’s well overdue. I would definitely recommend this building for anybody who’s looking for a beautiful, comfortable and safe place to lay their head every night.

Moving into Estela has been an absolute delight! From the first moment I walked in, I felt amazement and a sense of warmth by the stunning design and fantastic amenities." The atmosphere and energy here is vibrant and tranquilly inviting, giving a relaxed vibe that instantly makes you feel at home and at peace. The staff is very friendly and helpful – they've truly gone out of their way to ensure I feel welcomed and supported. Choosing Estela as my new place to call home has truly been great, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. I wholeheartedly recommend Estela to anyone in search of a fantastic place to call home.

My partner and I recently moved to Estela and this place has everything one can ask for. Not only does the place look very high end and luxurious but they have so many amenities and places you can go throughout the building. They have a gym, a rooftop with three grills, 2 beautiful lounge areas with an amazing view, a media room, a kids room, a garage, and even a pet grooming room!!! The pet grooming room really got to me because I have three dogs and having a place within the building to groom my dogs shows how thoughtful this building is and cares for the people with pets.Our one bedroom apartment is so spacious and big and this is important for us because unlike so many of the buildings we’ve visited around the area, this one has a space that is actually live-able without feeling like you’re living in a small box. Not only is the apartment so spacious, but we have a huge walk in closet, a spacious bathroom, a washer and dryer, a new high end kitchen and a dish washer. You can tell this building has thought of it all and it’s so refreshing walking in here with such friendly staff.Thanks to Diego, he made our move in and leasing process so easy and walked us through everything. Moving in has been such a blessing and we’re glad to get to call this place a home.

I'm only rating it a four because I haven't lived there and experienced the service on a regular basis- I've only been on a tour!The layouts look just like the picture. Diego took me and my mom on a tour of both buildings and it's impressive. Tenants have a lot of safety features already built in, from security at the front to visitors not being allowed to take the elevators on their own. The amenities are included and that's a big plus, it's extremely clean and you can tell people value their building. There's also a sense of community that's provided using regular activities to join. They also have a car share for folks who drive but don't own a car, which is convenient for New Yorkers.The neighborhood is quiet and a quick walk to Bronx Terminal Market which has pretty much everything you need for daily life- BJ's, Target, and Food Bazaar. There's also construction for a new park in walking distance/ on the water.

I just signed my lease for my apartment at Estela alongside my son and we are both over the moon. Not only did the decor and quality of the building exceed our expectations but the management team was exceptional. Tony, Diego, George & Tiffany were incredibly lovely and patient. I’m blown away by the atmosphere they’ve created and the quality of service provided. The amenities are BEYOND! A place like this in the Bronx is a true blessing. I look forward to living at Estela and seeing my son grow here

Dear EstelaAs a new tenant, and this being my very first apartment I just want to say how grateful and happy I’am to be apart of Estela!I also wanted to say how amazing this housing complex and community is!Every thing that I saw today was stunning!All the amenities that both buildings have is beautiful,And my new apartment is breath taking!I wish I could give you guys more than 5 stars!Diego who was my tour guide was absolutely incredible! Few luxury buildings compare to Estela, located in the Mott Haven neighborhood in the Bronx. With elegant design touches, unmatched amenities, and a sky lounge with ample furniture and incredible views, this building is truly one of a kind. During a tour of the residence, Carlos, one of the leasing managers, astutely pointed out how the common areas also function as art galleries, featuring works commissioned from various local artists. The amount of thought and care put into the construction and design of this building is evident anywhere you look.

Estela Apartments offers a seamless leasing experience thanks to Tony, the property manager, whose professionalism and assistance made the process effortless. The property is beautiful and has modern amenities, including a dog run and cross-fit style gym. I am absolutely in love with my spacious one-bedroom apartment (and my dogs love it, too)! If you're looking to live in the South Bronx, I highly recommend Estela!
