I called for towing, and they had no one. They didn't want to remove an illegal parked car in my driveway. Called other time with the same issue, and they didn't help me. Thanks for nothing.

They are worst towing I have ever experienced. They told me 120 minutes. It was over 120 minutes and tells me it's going to take another 45 minutes. Very irresponsible as they were picking up other trips on the way. Very poor service and I suggest nobody ever uses these money hungry people.

Terrible experience with this awful company. Was told a tow truck would arrive in 90 minutes. It’s now been 3 and 1/2 hours and I’m still waiting . No updates provided by the dispatcher unless I call and the updates they provide when I call are just bogus. Stay far far away from this awful company.

Wast of time being waiting for tow truckIn the beginning the company said 90 min u will got a tow truck after waiting more then 3 hours I call them they said oh becouse of traffic will take more time i prefer to cancel or be waiting for ghost truck to show up

Bad business practices. They will tell you a price, and after you can't back out, they will add all kind of fees. And after that, they will be late by two or three hours. Be careful with this company.

That company close the ticket Land Rover had open with them and left my car in a closing parking instead of calling me back and tell me that they didn't listen to me at the first place and so came after 2 hours and 30 min with a truck too big. Call back the driver once the parking told me that the truck left without my car and guess what lol he hanged up on me

Worst place ever if I can give a one star review I would. I was promised a tow truck for 630 and when I called them at 7 o'clock that it's not here, they told me. It's not gonna be here before 10 o'clock

IF THIS PLACE GET ASSIGNED TO TOW YOUR CAR BY ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE ASK FOR A DIFFERENT COMPANY!!! Mercedes assigned this company to TOW my car on Monday night, it would not start. I told them it was parked between 2 cars and they said they would send the necessary equipment to tow. I confirmed with the towing company they had this in the notes. They did not show up Monday night and said they would show up Tuesday morning between 9-11AM. At 1 PM they showed up with the wrong equipment. For the entire day they kept stating the tow with correct equipment will be there within 30 minutes and updating me on the driver location eventhough he was going to another job. When they finally showed up at 430 PM they said the dealership doesn't accept cars after 430 and they would tow it to their secure lot and deliver it by 9AM the next morning. It is now 1030 and the car is still sitting on their lot with them assuring it will just be another 30 minutes before they deliver it.Service: Car towing

This is the most unreliable towing service. They gave me an estimated time of 2 hours which I understood. However, 2 hours passed and I called them - they kept telling me driver will arrive in 15 minutes - however as I am writing this- its been 3 hours and 40 minuts ive been waiting. I do not recommend this company.Service: Car towing
