I came out to my car hit on February 3 and my neighbor suggested this body shop because she had worked with them before. I called them and they send me over a tow truck right away. When I went to the office the guy Manny assisted me with all my insurance paper work and took me to get my rental. I was worried that my car will not look the same after it had got hit but when I picked up my car today I can actually say they did great work. I can’t even tell my car was hit. Everyone was extremely helpful. This place is very clean and organized. I must say they worked fast on my car. It was actually ready on the 16th but I was away on vacation so I picked it up today.

I was involved in a car accident recently and was recommended to empire collision, was very happy with there work it was done in a timely fashion. I have seen some of these negatives comments and I can't agree I would highly recommend this business.

Absolutely terrible customer service they never pick up the phone and when they do they tell you they’ll call you back and never do. They took a month to finish my car and gave it back to me with a tail light that was still broken. They constantly told me dates that my car would be ready just to be told that I would have to wait longer when the day finally came. Terrible experience I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worse enemy.

Wonderful experience with this business I was involved in an accident on the highway, they had my vehicle fixed in a timely fashion, car came out amazing. They even went the extra mile took care of a few extra scratches that had nothing to do with the incident. Great people at empire

I came out 1 morning to my vehicle sitting on cinder blocks they had stole all 4 of my rims and destroyed my doors In the process. The team at empire came and helped me out with the whole process. The service at Empire was exceptional! After my accident I needed a shop close by and empire did not disappoint. The owners treated me like family. They took care of me and my car like one of thier own. They answered all of my questions and were always readily available and beyond helpful. After someone vandalized my car and slashed all the tires, they picked up my car with no issues right away. I had a lot of damage done to the car and they fixed everything and then some. Great customer service and went above and beyond. They even helped me with the inspection and oil change after the damages were fixed. Empire automotive collision is a great example of a small business willing to go the extra mile. They were completely professional throughout the process and helpful. When they say they take care of everything, they really do mean it. Not once did I have to contact insurance, set up rental extensions, or anything else. It was simply drop off the car, get a rental at a great price, and wait for the call to pick my car up. My car looked brand new, even better than when I first picked it up. Thank you Empire, I will be coming back whenever the need arises and I will recommend you to everyone I know.

Iv’e read their reviews and all of them had these great experiences congratulations because I did NOT! They were completely unprofessional and I wish I never bought my car to them. Their unprofessionalism starts with their management team. The woman at the front desk when you call about your car her answer is always, “I don’t know.” She gives false information, she didn’t know I gave them the check and asked me weeks later. The next unprofessional mistake was telling me my car was going to be ready a certain day and then it’s not. They never actually give you a real time your car is ready, you have to continue to call to find out. They do not show any remorse because i had to return with my car 3-4 times due to their errors. I would not recommend them to anyone. Some of them are unprofessional, I would not say all because two of them kept it real with me and cared for me having to return so many times. My thing is, why couldn’t they fix it right the first time? Why did I have to keep coming back?
