Those who serve customers are very friendly and the workers who wash and iron are experts in their work areas and very professional with a lot of experience. I recommend this place one hundred percent, very safe and they will do a very good job on your clothing.

I've been a customer for about a year, frequently dropping off a considerable amount of clothing for dry cleaning. They've generally done a good job, but since the beginning of the year (2024), their regard for customers seems to have waned. Firstly, I don't understand how they can justify charging for service upon drop-off, yet that is their policy. Secondly, any complaints about items not being cleaned properly are met with indifference since payment has been made in advance – they're quick to refer you to the 'no refund' sign. Lastly, despite the opening hours advertised on the door, they open and close at their whim. I've left work early to retrieve my dry cleaning, only to find them unexpectedly closed. Upon discussing this issue with management, the response was dismissive; “if business is slow, we simply go home early.” "Maybe call ahead to confirm you're coming, and we'll try to stay open until the posted time," was their suggestion – pure stupidity. Go to 231 & Bailey, you find a better cleaner open to 7pm, with no prepayment policy.

I took shirts to be dry cleaned one time. The price was pretty expensive but I am happy to pay it for good results. Out of my 23 collared shirts, however, only two went home passable enough to wear off the hanger. Every other shirt had bends and wrinkles on the collar, so that I could look like a donkey chewed on my neck area. It is unacceptable to pay so much money for a service to then have to iron my shirts out myself to actually look decent. Never again!
