I'm starting off with 3 stars as tow driver said he was taking my car here on Friday 12/29 and site says open from 9 am to 3 pm on Saturdays went by there at around 11 am place locked up like a drum tried to call and voice mail message to low to understand and when I got back home had insurance company call and all 301 304 and other extensions VM boxes full so I know currently they do not check and delete messages so will try Monday 01/01/24 see if lucky to be open if not then on Tuesday if no response then will take further steps

Thanks so much Rob and team for the great job. I was anxious at first because I felt like I was dealing with the Fast and the furious but they are professional, helpful and fair.

Trash shop non professional bad service bad workers if you take your car to get “fixed” be prepared to take it back! Worst shop in the Bronx by far don’t waste your time
