Terrible service. Takes your money then doesn’t respond to calls and neglects when you come back in person.

Good people but they take on too many jobs and not enough engineers and definitely lack a proper BMW scanner that's direct through bmw so you won't get indepth Scans nor will they be able to clear service code. Other than that the guys are very helpful and they do the best they can with what they have. for that 3.5 stars
