I had an 830 morning appt was taken 15 minutes after which is excellent in my books for an imaging or drs appt. The technician was warm and very professional and was very helpful in making me feel comfortable especially with the pain I was in. I can't say enough about the ladies at front desk. Professional, caring, informative is just a break in the ice. The nurse administrating my dye was very professional and right on the mark. I just can't say enough here and believe me when it comes to my health I'm very particular but I do not hesitate recommending them to anyone that has to have scans done. I can't them enough for their gentleness and warm ess they showed me. Thank you staff for being you!!!!!!!with the pain I was in. And

Never have technicians available, cancel appointments day of or one day prior. Ridiculous.

I go to my mri. the Technician was very nice to me. But the receptionist give one star.And the receptionist are so so. bad vibe one of the them. I get a dirt look by one of receptionist.

The receptionist are great but the technician not that much have a attitude. I went to get a MRI that I have done in a emergency room week before. But MRI of this place feel like they were cooking you i think something is wrong with their machines. Afterwards I felt headaches.

Why give me an appointment time & see me about an hour later ? I literally sat in pain & when I asked much longer , the receptionist gave me a bothered response about how another patient is before me and i have to wait another 25 min when Ive already been here for an hour !! So you mean to tell me that if I wouldn’t have said a word , they would have not informed me . Super unprofessional they need to get it together . Its ghetto

Two hour wait. INCONSIDERATE! First appointment was canceled because the tech never showed up. We drove over and they didn't call us in time. There were at least 5 people with the same appointment time as us. 85 year old mother in law waited two hours.

Where do I begin? I spent over an excess of $800 to do an MRI that cannot be mailed to be according to the receptionist and representatives of the call center. To me it serves as a loss because I don’t have $800 that I can blow at my disposable. I understand they can’t give out records. However it was done before months prior by another helpful lady who fulfilled my request. Gratefully I no longer live in New York City. Getting the MRI was time consuming to begin with. I scheduled my appointment for their earliest convenience and I was not seen until the evening. My doctor is overseas and unfortunately does communication through apps like WhatsApp. I’m very disappointed at losing money. I will never make this mistake again.

Showed up to my appointment on time. Filled out all of my paperwork just for them to then tell me that they had to cancel my appointment because their machine was down and the tech can't stay late. A waste of my time. Very unprofessional. I will not be returning.

The staff is helpful and efficient, I was a walk in and they where able to take me in, everyone is wearing a mask and in the waiting room it seems that the chairs where 6 feet apart. Modern equipment. It is impossible to find parking , but it is located in front of a bus stop. If you ever need copies of the imaging . They will always make a copy and burn a disk .

The PPL that work here at THIS Location are sweet, kind and truly care. I usually go to the Fordham location near Med Alliance it Looks elegant on the outside but The staff ,front desk And even the Tech there are DISGUsTING , rude and so disrespectful. I’m so glad they sent me to do my soft neck tissue MRI at Williamsbridge, I should have gone to that that one from the beginning. The DDI on williamsbridge were supportive and kind. They made me feel comfortable and you can tell the level of decency. Going to any xrays is always worrisome and they made sure I was super comfortable. Especially the Radiologist and tech. Ima stick with the Williamsbridge location better. Fordham is so ghetto. Especially THE FRONT DESK.

I must say, even though this place is busy and we become impatient this facility provides great service. Jonathan, Yvet and Jean took great care of me and ensured my transportation was cared for, my referral from my medical provider was corrected and finally reassurance about my exam, I was very nervous but the bedside manner was great, more companies should care for patients as well as the staff did for me here at DDI. Thank you! God Bless you!
