I needed a couple of dollars so I pawned my choker at this place called diamond jewelry store. Mind you this is not the first time I conduct business with this lady.. Now, I bought this choker back in 2000 so the gold is better than what is being sold in these jewelry stores today. Ok so, I was in the hospital for a while. Once I was discharged I went to the store to get my jewelry back. When I got home I examined and noticed something different about it. This lady and her son took the charm and the clap off my choker. So now my choker is worthless and it doesn't fit correctly around my neck.. Please believe me when I tell you to be very careful dealing with these people, they are so dishonest and very disrespectful. Especially to African American people.

Small family business.Seems like they're pawn focused but I go their for small repairs and for bday or holiday browsing since I live nearby so they know familiar faces. Gotta haggle with them but you'll get a good deal. Very rude. Main woman working there has an attitude but if she sees you're buying she'll will talk to you ?. Deal with the guy instead.

This place is very unprofessional! The woman that works the front is very rude. I asked her to fix my chain and same day when I got it back, I put it on and it just fell off my neck. Took it back and she blamed me for breaking it in the exact same spot! Yeah right! And over charged me. Its better to just go to Zodiac Jewelry on 149th and Third. They are the best!

Worst customer service, they don’t care if they sell or not because I guess this business is family owned. Every time I go the lady always has an attitude as if she doesn’t care if you buy or not. Also they are really expensive for stuff that isn’t quality. They are never open on time so don’t waste your time showing up whatever time is posted.
