I can’t even begin to explain how bad of an experience I had with this hair salon. I was losing so much hair for a month after getting a blowout here. And if that wasn’t bad enough, they charged me more for the same service than they charged other people, and I did not realize until later. On top of all of these things, they bad mouth people ALL the time and did it to me. Save your money and your time.

I went there today and there were ROACHES at the salon!!! And I don’t just mean one or two… It seems like they do not clean any of their brushes, too… I would urge customers to stay away.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This place should be taken down. They don't care about doing a good job or taking care of your hair, they just want the money. I went to get my hair done back in October 2023, I wanted a blowout that would last me a week or two, as I usually wear my hair curly / natural. My hair was damaged for MONTHS after, my roots would not curl, my hair smelled horrible (burnt smell) for weeks, and I had to get a haircut this March 2024.

This was my first time visiting this salon because I was desperate for something quick. Although my hair came out nice, they are way overpriced and burn you with the blower even had the audacity to use a flat iron. Im sorry but if you knew how to use a blower correctly you wouldn't need to use a flat iron. Way TOO much HEAT!! $65 for a wash and set

This salon not only burnt my hair when blow drying it, but now my before all curly hair is now half straight and half curly and I am unable to get my curls back at all. They should be closed down.

Over priced. I was the first one there at 9:30am, on a rainy Sunday. Five, 5! Hours later she (the manager) tried to charge me 240$ for a root touch up, trim, wash and set. Some arbitrary number she must have pulled out of the air since there's no price listing posted.Spent an extra hour under the dryer not because my hair was damp, hairdresser never checked it, but bc she was servicing a client who had just gotten there an hour before.I did the math. 1 hour with dye, 2 hours under dryer plus 35 mins. in a chair waiting for her (the hairdresser) to finish the other client. That's 3hrs and 35 min - 5hrs = 1hr 25 min total time spent actually doing my hair. Which turned out nice... just as nice as the Dominican spots on Walton, Jerome or Fordham where I usually go, where prices make sense.I informed the manager that 240$ was too much when I can get the SAME service on Jerome for 80$. She agreed prices are cheaper on Jerome and we negotiated from there. At this salon expect to pay 2 to 3 times more for what you can get at Walton for less, in less time and better vibes.

Terrible can’t even straighten curly hair correctly and over charged me there’s no way that a wash and set for hair above my shoulders should be more than 50$

65 for wash and blow only. The older Dominican lady made sure it came out straight but price is hefty. My hair also smelled burnt most likely cause of the high heat on the blower. Also, update: :she also used a sulfate shampoo that turned my highlights a bit brassy. SMH.

Most expensive wash and set i ever had in my life. 65 for a wash and set no cut, no dye, nothing just wash and blow. I couldn’t believe it. My hair is long but like mid back. Hair came out nice but that price was over the top.

It is a nice place and I go there from time to time. There was a short new lady that washed my hair but forgot to comb it while washing it plus not fully at the seat either. Nearless to say, she tried and did Okay. I always go for a wash and set (only for them to blow dry and style it). I used to be charge $30 prior to the pandemic and for some reason it's always been $35. Now as of recently supposablyyyy it went to $40 (after I gave a lady a $50)!! It's just so ridiculous that the prices goes up every single time I go there which is 2 or 3 times a month. Aside from that, my hair came out great. Thank you... !

If youre going for hair theyre just okay. They dont have consistent pricing but regardless you usually get what you pay for. They wont tell you what youre paying until you pay, so if it says $30 dont be shocked to pay $60, they take a look at your hair and guess. DO NOT go to the new nail salon they have. They told me one price then charged me another one almost $35 more!!! While they were doing my nails they tried charging extra for everything, you pay manicure price for everything but the actual manicure if you want them to leave your hands looking pretty is almost $50 extra. Theyll charge you extra and not say anything until you ask over and over. They wont fit your nails right and if you ask them if they can do something dont believe them. So unprofessional, I cant even stand to look at my hands.

Great salon! Walked in for blow out for my daughter. The lady took her right away and gave the BEST blow out she's ever had. My daughter was very curly thick hair and the stylist had her pin straight. She worked quick too!Good prices and very clean salon. We will definitely go back again.
