I fully supported this business because of its location and dress designs. Customer service is very very little and zero to no adjustments. I had purchased a dress from her at 7:30-8pm and asked for any sales that have been going on. She had politely declined and said it ended yesterday which was completely understandable. Either way I purchased my dress for a whopping “$600” And she then posted a flash sale 9pm only an hour after I left. Although I had asked if she had any sales going on. I had sent her a message to see if she was able to price adjust me since the post was made an hour after my purchase. And she refused. I call this poor customer service I wouldn’t recommend anyone here. I feel that if you can help your client out , you should. Especially because I was going to be a retuning client. But with this type of service and greediness just to come up on your client is appalling and wrong.

Went into the store this morning looking forward to a great shopping experience. The employees opened the store very late, it was suppose to open at 12pm. They open at 12:20pm. Then not to mention the staff member was rude, did not greet me. I asked her questions and she responded as if she didn’t want to be bother. That turn me off all the way. I literally walked right out. How can I spend $400 + in a store with rude employees. I’ll shop online or spend my money with Steph Designs.

Never shipped my dress out and gave me the run arounds about getting my dress red hopped out so I could receive it in Time for my birthday . High disappointed would never order again

NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THEM! THEY RUINED MY BIRTHDAY BY DELAYING THE SHIPMENT OF MY BIRTHDAY DRESS! I PAID EXTRA TO GET IT SHIPPED. THEY ARENT PICKING UP MY CALLS! NO TRACKING NUMBER!

Don't waste your time, money or energy on this place. They cannot get a simple request correct. The customer service is atrocious! Seems like no one speaks to each other making things very difficult. My wife has had measurements taken 2 seperate times and the dress is still wrong. We spent a lot of hard earned money, only to have tons of regret! If they can't get it right for a third time I will be demanding a refund!!

I ordered a custom gown from here. Initially the process of only cash payments should've been the red flag. Anyways I showed them exactly how I wanted my gown to look & they did just that. It looks as the picture I gave them however I gave them 3 months to make it in advance. Fast forward the dress is pretty & nice but the quality is cheap. It looks like somebody threw the dress together within a week. The garments were cut out tacky & some parts are glued while others are sewn. Pieces are falling off & etc. definitely not worth the $800 I spent. I wish they actually thought about the people rather than the income.

I came in to this boutique four days before my birthday party on Saturday at the dress I had originally ordered from an online merchant was stuck in China and I was frantic! I was referred to this boutique by one of my best friends, and she said I wouldn't have to look any further. I walked in and had the warmest greetings. I described exactly what I was looking for and what the theme of my party was and they made suggestions but ultimately they ended up making a custom dress for me that was completed in two days.!!!!! Two days for a completely custom dress that matched the theme of my birthday perfectly they really came through in the clutch and the quality of the dresses were out of control! From the customer service to the quality of the clothing and the cleanliness of the boutique I was so happy to become one of her lifelong clients!

Dach boutique is unprofessional & they need to definitely work on their customer service! One of the girls was helpful & everything but then the attitude makes y’all establishment look bad .I should’ve read the reviews before purchasing y’all rating is 2 stars.I would try calling about my dress & they would just leave me on hold for over 15 mins & if I want a dress custom made I should receive it as my liking because the customer is purchasing it.Also payed over $400 just to have altercations made on the dress.Very nice store but wouldn’t recommend at all.

Now this is my 2nd time shopping with them and they never let me down! So effortless to work with, even on customer orders. The shipping is FAST & the quality of the dresses are amazing! I’m a slim girl & everything still always hugs in the right places :)

UNPROFESSIONAL...dress arrived 2 days later than promised, stitching was horrible on one side, not to mention there was a whole on the left hip. Called immediately and they suggestd that I find someone to fix it. The manager Jason hung up on me. Called back and his so called whatever did the same.i paid for a custom dress that I have to fix. Never againReached out today asked for a refund. Same result. We should get together and file a lawsuit
