I just letfed this CVS and was treated very rudely by the cashier Maria to the point I didn't want to make my purchase which was over 30 bucks..
Paying customers shouldn't be made to feel unwelcomed when we're paying.
That's a way to loose money and not meet their hourly goals. As an ex shift manager my professional opinion is Maria should be trained for better customer service.

Behavior not good 1lady name shuleni maybe bad behave with me I was ina line she take customer taking long time I didn’t say anything but this lady looking angry and ask me what happened I’m strange why she ask me what happened.when I go register I did my payment after that I ask her why you say what happened this time she said you looking me I say everybody stay in a line everyone can looking you so what’s the problem so next time I’m didn’t ask what happened without any reason.im so upsad about she’s attitude.last 10 yrs I’m customer of cvs don’t face like this.cvs management can take action bad employees.maybe I never go again if I see this lady over there

This cvs is the worst, elderly people get yelled at by some female manager, the pharmacy doesn’t order appropriate meds on time, they violate hippa when they refuse to speak to you in private and the pharmacy staff gives you an unbelievably rude and disrespectful attitude, and as many times as you report them no one cares no one contacts you or rectifies the situation. Please beware of this place, I will be contacting the Attorney General because now I will have to travel far for my meds and I’m disabled. Unbelievable !!!

Usually I get good service. Today however the young man at the counter was rude to me when he found out I could only pay for something with my credit card and I had to pay cash for it. I didn't have enough cash on me. It was embarrassing.
I don't like that feeling.

This place keeps getting robbed almost daily by bums and what not since reopening after the fire. Literally seen yesterday a guy checking if the door was open where they go in to bring deliveries. This was in the morning before the store is officially open for the day. Two guys came out after the guy passed that looked suspicious(non worker)one employee asked the other; if he was familiar with opening and closing up. And today heard from my neighbor that the employees were waiting all day for cops to investigate another robbery. At this point have a cop watching who's coming and going for everyone's safety.

8/24/24 it's now 12p, been here since 9a, and they're still not open. I can see the employees are sitting across the street waiting for whoever has the keys to open the store. Many elderly people have come and gone since. Hire people who can operate this location, or just shut it down.

I went in today and I was help by Jean Pierre at the cashier and he was not a nice guy ,he is got a very nasty attitude, should not be working there.

Terrible. Arrived an hour prior to closing only for the gate to be closed and the employee telling me "Today we're only open til such time" without an explanation when the hours posted clearly indicate otherwise.

I went in today. The cashier was nasty and rude. She was Indiana first time I have seen her there. Everyone is nice she should not be working there with hat attitude
