This pharmacy is getting even worse than ever before. Forget about trying to call and speak to anyone there. Now, you have to leave a voicemail and wait for them to get back to you. What ever clown at CVS that made this stupid decision to change the phone system, needs to be fired immediately. If it was an executive decision from the top, they should be fired! I hate this pharmacy even more now! Anyone reading this, we should all just take our scripts and go to another pharmacy!! Let CVS feel it in the pocketbook!

Today was a good day at CVS for me. The pharmacy department was helpful and everyone was nice. I will be returning to the pharmacy tomorrow. I was in aisle 15 for pull ups anx Wipes. I waited for help. The young lady came and got what I needed and took it to the front. Then I checked out in the front, with my products and items. Tony was in the front and assisted me. He was polite, patient and helpful. Thank you everyone for assisting me.

I dont understand how knowledgeable idiots like pharmacists work. Ya really need 4 people to give 1 prescription? The people who work here are slow and stupid. Completely disgusted. Hire some black and latinos maybe the lines will move faster and the clients will be happier...not using this pharmacy again.

Their pharmacy keeps giving me the run-around with my medication refill. Terrible communication and service. I will not be using their services any longer.

Every time I come to this location, the lines are long. I'm not sure if it's a staffing issue, but the line for medication pick up is long. I have 20 people in front of me, and as I write this, 10 people got behind me. This is just ridiculous. You can't call because no one ever answers the call. I've been here for 20 minutes already. I don't know how much longer I'll be here. If it wasn't for the fact that I need the medication for my wife, I would have walked out.

Stay away. The woman answering for the pharmacy is an IMBECILE. Just go somewhere else... forget about CVS all together.

The manager, cashiers are the best, don't see an item, ask the manager,he will take the time to see if it's in stock,I only go Sunday morning but that crew are the best.I don't know what other people are talking about but you can be nasty to some and not to others, that Sunday morning crew is very professional, and very helpful, some people just wake up with attitudes, continue doing a good job Sunday morning crew, bonus raise and lunch.

Annette was extremely helpful throughout my checkout and pickup process. She was happy to assist and made sure any questions I had were answered.

My experience at CVS was less than pleasant. The manager was rude & condescending. I rarely patronize the store located at 732 Allerton Ave. The lines are long & they’re rarely fully stocked. Rudeness is yet another reason to avoid this store.

It's no secret that there's always a line at this CVS location. Whether you're stopping by for a quick errand or picking up a prescription, be prepared to wait – sometimes longer than expected.
Despite the apparent abundance of staff, it often feels like nobody is working here. The lines move at a snail's pace, and the lack of urgency from the cashiers can be frustrating, to say the least.
While the convenience of having a CVS nearby is appreciated, the service leaves much to be desired. The checkout experience is consistently slow, and the overall efficiency of the staff could use some improvement.
If you're in a hurry, it might be best to avoid this particular CVS location. While it may be the closest option in the Bronx, the hassle of dealing with long lines and sluggish service may not be worth the convenience.
