If I can Give -10 stars I will! I have never feel so disrespected in my life! Even though I work in the costumer service area! I made an appointment to get y 3 year and 11months daughter the flu shot since she cant be able to go school and her medical office gave me an appointment for the end of the month. Since she is autistic everyday that she miss school is a negative impact for her growth, When I arrived to the location today 1/15/24 at 6:30pm and told the guy in front of consultation that I was there for a flu shot for my daughter the first thing he told me was “Medicaid is not paying for flu shot” I was like “okay, but I have Medicaid I have private insurance” he looked at me from head to toe! Then he told register my insurance and the date of birth of my child and he tell the doctor that everything went through! He looked at me and because I speak Spanish which was the language we were speaking from the Beginning he told me that they can’t assist me because the child is not 4 yet! I told him “but you just said that everything went through” he is like by CVS policy we can’t assist your child” I just left the location because I’m not a drama person! But why the website will allowed me to make the appointment and he took all my info just to say that to me at the end. People need to understand what means willingness to help! And costumer services skill! People need to think that not everyone had a good day and with this type of actitud people feel worse!

Literally the worst place to go to, the workers/pharmacy will do anything but their jobs, I do not have time to hold the hands of this damn place like their children to get my prescriptions ready, Four days several calls and two in person visits, I do not have that kind of time to be handling lazy people.

I made a purchase at the CVS store at 2112 White Plains Road. I got Claritin d at the pharmacy. The cashier rang it up without letting me enter my phone number, which resulted in the full price of $17.79. I asked her to redo it so that I could enter my number, which I knew had coupons. She got an attitude but reluctantly did it. My coupons added up to $9.62! I ended up paying $8.17 for my product. You would think this clod would have the common courtesy to apologize for her mistake, but not a chance. That’s one of the reasons I rarely shop at CVS.

Since the pandemic it has been so frustrating shopping here. Either everything is locked up so you have to ring the bell and wait for someone to unlock the shelf. What's worse, they hardly ever stock the items I regularly buy. I now have to resort to ordering online because the next nearest store is too far from here.

This store never stays open until the time they suppose to. The employees at this store seem to close when they feel like it. The worst CVS store in NYC!!!

I've never had so many issues with the staff at a drugstore pharmacy as this CVS. I refill my elderly father's medications over the phone regularly, then he goes to pick them up and they're not available after we receive a confirmation that they're ready for pickup. The staff barely lifts a finger to help. They don't seem to think it's their problem, even when we're dealing with lifesaving medications that cannot be delayed. This has happened repeatedly and is beyond frustrating. I recommend switching to Capsule, which is very reliable and much more pleasant to deal with.

First time getting prescription here for my son. Insurance was not listed which is fine. Bald guy in the back takes my insurance and gives it back says okay and does not speak another word to me…okay I wait a few minutes and no communication. I then ask if my son was going to get his medication. He says I have to go back to pick up. He was extremely rude and had an attitude.Please do not get prescriptions here where workers are not looking to work or even speak to customers. This place is worse than the dmv.

Place is always out of stock on things , candy aisle especially the middle ( where the dove bar goes) they use to have all kinds of low prices big sales on different holiday candies . Hair dye always had big sales, lots of Toiletries, a big variety of cleaning items, always out of Pet stuff especially for dogs , sometimes no training pads! Barely No sales on chips or drinks , barely no cookies. The front of the register have barely any varied candies & gum , same old junk .., sometimes no one is around to help! The old workers were the best! I love the store before the pandemic now its terrible and everyone I know agrees, 18 yrs i live around here and it's gotten worse ! Always have to go to Walgreens to get what I really need or a family dollar. Lets not talk about the makeup aisle! I use to love looking at all the makeup and buy a lot! Now i keep walking. The place was so inviting and warm! Now it reminds me of Kmart when they were going out of Business ! Expensive jewelry and accessories that no one cares about and too expensive for the quality! They think because it's decorative with "Hispanic culture " it's better but nope! Again It's worse ! Security are all old creeps that are too busy snacking and talking to the workers about irrelevant stuff or on the phone . The extra bucks were the best ! Now you're lucky if you get $1 buck . The lines are terrible because the Kiosks has issues always or the workers don't want to service on their registers! Its a nightmare that place!
Pharmacy is trash, horrible attitude from the workers , cancel appointments for vaccinations, are always talking loud and gossiping, long lines and out of stock prescriptions
