The service is very good. I just recommend for store to stay open a little later during the week so that customers have time to get there after work. Also, many projects are done on the weekends so being open on Saturdays would help a great deal for so many customers. Being open an extra hour or two during the week and at least til 2pm or 3pm on Saturdays would be of great value to customers and would be highly appreciated.

Good place to buy tools, supplies, hardware and houseware items but one of their oldest employees working at the front is the rudest person I ever met. He totally drains all positive energy out of the transaction. That's why I only gave them 4 stars. Minus 1 star for having him employed there. Won't mention names though.

Went there to spend $20.00 dollars woth of material (zippies, Boiler signs, and hinge pressure pins, 6 of them). The guy ( middle age guy) at the very first window when you enter the store was excessively nice with his customer service. This isn't my favorite place to shop, but rather the closest one. But sure enough will make it a habit to purchase there more often.Thank you "guy" for your excellence in customer service and support.Sabino Guzman
