I’m going to give this place a two star. To start off for the most part, they’re nice people, But the facility is outdated, even though they’ve been there for a long time you still can make the place friendly looking it was dark. I took my pet to get groomed for the first time by angel nice guy but I think he lacks experience. I was not at all happy about the haircut. My dog is a Labradoodle I did understand that she was matted but they shaved her so much that I felt like I was seeing another dog n not mines. Nail trimming was suppose to be done nails were never trimmed at all. Ear cleaning was suppose to be done never cleaned the ears. I do have to say I scanned my dog and no cuts were found which was a good thing at least. Hair cut cost was 170 $ plus tax came out to 185$ for that price NEW customers find yourself another company with better groomers. They’re always looking for new groomers, which means the groomers that work there are probably not consistent they leave or get fired who knows. When you go to a groomers, they ask for vaccinations proof when we got there all they did was asked me to sign a waiver. They never collected any information about my dogs vaccinations which show the lack of attention they have for their jobs. I wasn’t going to post any of this, but people need to be aware. On the bright side they do have some food , treats and toys for you to purchase quick pick up items.

LOVE THIS PLACE. EVERY MONTHS I GET EXCITED TO COME GET MY SON (MAX) HIS FOOD. THE BEST $63.00 I SPENT MONTHLY. THE GUY & THE WOMEN ARE SUPER COOL. I ASKED THEM FOR VICTOR FOOD & THEY SHOWED ME ABOUT 8/9 DIFFERENT FLAVORS. I COME FROM THE OTHER SIDE OF THE BRONX ( GRAND CONCOURSE) AREA MONTHLY.
