Had an amazing experience! Very practical pricing and very kind towards their customers. I was so scared my fine gold box chain couldn't be fixed but, it indeed was! I didn't even have to drop off my piece, it was done in 5 minutes (much to my surprise)! Highly recommend. Such a great man who loves what he does!

Been to quite a few jewelry stores in the last 50 years and this one ranks with the elite. It’s not in the ‘diamond district’ in midtown, it’s local right here in the Bronx! Martin is honest, fair, knowledgeable and friendly. He won me over with a clasp repair of a very sentimental piece. It was quick and affordable. Martine was very nice, professional and really knowledgeable! I went to him with a broken band on my engagement ring that had been fixed 4x prior by the same company. He saw that,they never replaced the band like they had told me smh. He fixed my rnh so flawlessly! I will be returning back so he can replace the band in its entirety due to poor workmanship where the ring was originally bought. What a GEM in the Bronx!

WOMAN BEWARE!!! I've went to this jeweler 3 times and the 3rd time he preposed a sexual relationship and implied that if I took him up on it he would do my repair for free Not only is he invasive and completely inappropriate and unprofessional but he also a pervert IF YOU ARE A FEMALE DO NOT GO IN BY YOURSELF!!!!!
