Scammers they don’t even deserve one star had my car there 11 days and tried to charge me 6,000 in storage fees on top of that they beefed up the repairs on the vehicle so it can total out so they could buy it in the salvage market stay away from this sketchy shop!!!

I came in with an electrical issue due to some rats that ate the wiring (they apparently know my schedule when I move the car) so a tow truck was called to the scene from Collision Proz where I met the driver Goyo. An very skilled and thoughtful tow truck driver that maneuvered the vehicle carefully because the wheels was locked and it was in a tight place that needed some finagling. I was originally going to a different place but he recommended his shop so there we went. I met with one of the owners Sebastian who is straight up and detail-oriented guy that explain the process of what was to be done and what to expect. He introduced me to the master technician who I like to call the Auto Wizard of the shop, Hector who then explained the process and what was going to be done. The work he did and not just replacing the wires but also configuring the wiring adding parts that needed to be added relining the firewall and immaculate clean up of that engine was a night and day difference and it was much better looking than when he first came in. I first came in with little or no expectations and I am a skeptic at heart but after this experience I think I found the place that I can trust to get the job done and I was TOTALLY BLOWN away what Hector the Wizard and his team did to the engine area looked like a custom job but to them it's just another day at the "Shop". And matter of fact they are still working with me to get the exact battery for that car's electrical specs (because not just any AutoZone battery will do) according to Hector the Wizard which I am truly grateful though. So if you are skeptic like I WAS that wants to trust and have a place that you can fully rely on for your auto needs check this place out and you owe it to yourself to speak to these three individuals Sebastian, Hector, and Goyo.

Hands down probably the best body shop in the five boroughs. They dealt with the insurance company for me, and got my car looking better than it did coming out the dealership.

This has potential to either go up or down depending on the results when I see my car. I’ve waited pushing a month and a half for my repairs. The major repairs consist of a bumper and fender replacement on a Honda which are not hard part to acquire. A month in I called and I was as told the part are not even in yet for them to work on the car…. A MONTH!

Collision Proz did an excellent job taking care of me and my car. The staff was super-friendly and provided excellent service. The staff went the extra mile to make sure I got exactly what I needed. They did excellent work on my vehicle and it looked good as new when completed. They moved swiftly and got the job done fast. 11/10 times I’d recommend anyone in need of repairs to come down to Collision Proz
