If you need an outfit you can find one here last minute especially with the time the store stays open ? cleaning , health , home , bath products toys and more . Only problem is the registers are always empty and the lines get long and take long aswell as the fitting rooms can't be used anymore. This place should have more employees. My go to when I need something quick I only dread the waiting on line.”

“I was surprised to feel the quality in this jacket! The size and colors are just what I expected them to be. My 14 years in hip-hop leather LOVES it and refuses to wear any other coat now. my dad and I explained to da world that it looks like a letterman jacket...do schools even have those anymore? Since my high school colors are pretty much identical to this, i was super thrilled.”

“I give this 4 stars for now only because when I went in the store I saw a sign that says "No refund or exchange on ANY footwear" but on the receipt it says "Refunds within 7 days and exchange within 14 days with receipt and tags, unused and in original condition" so then what exactly is it then? If I try on a pair of boots/sneakers and they seem to fit me there and when I get home and start walking around with them and then start feeling uncomfortable, I can't return them?? I am not going to be walking around the store for 20 minutes to see if I feel comfortable with them. I need to try them out at least when I'm home or around around my block. It's a good thing my boots fit me perfectly, because if they didn't I would have lost $80 on them.”
“So I'd like to talk about the excellent service I had today. Marcus and his team are such kind and patient people. I stopped in today to pick up uniforms for my boys who are so hard to please and picky. Marcus walked me through sizes, check stock for sizes that weren't out front he even search personally for sizes I wasn't able to find. While this may seem atypical it's not. Alot of stores are lacking true patience and customer service. MARCUS is a excellent manager, and he has an A team. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR CARING IN SUCH A TRYING TIME. You guys Rock!”

“I had one of the most memorable customer service experiences this past Sunday while shopping at your store on White Plains. I was unable to locate my coupon in my bag upon reaching the cashier, I could not locate the coupon in my email. Frustrated, I left the items and decided to leave the store and perhaps return another time. As I was at the door making one last check in my email, another cashier, whose name I learnt to be Mia, with the brightest smile, beckoned to me and said she would honour my purchase with a coupon. She was genuinely pleasant right through the check-out experience. I will return to that store just because of her. Old Navy you have a gem in this employee. Bottom line is that mia didn’t have to. I was three steps away from the door, but she ensured that I left the store happy and satisfied. I am indeed grateful and please let her know she is valued.”

It's almost overwhelming how many options they have available between snap backs, fitted caps, buckets and sckullies.. there is something for everyone. One of the few places I could find clothes slim enough and long enough in children’s sizes. I love that you can drop off your old clothing to re sell at second hand places or for fabric recycling instead of throwing it out! You will get a coupon if you donate your old clothes.”
