Rosa does THE best pedicures I have ever experienced in life. She never has a "off" day. She's fast and precise. I leave with baby feet and the cleanest cuticles ever every single time.
Update: Rosa no longer works here:( I found out that JUDY is even better but always booked.

"My experience at Classic Hair and Nails in late March was absolutely horrendous. The nail technician, L., displayed unprofessional behavior by being aggressive and angry throughout the appointment. She carelessly broke my nails to the point of bleeding and showed no remorse or concern for my well-being. To make matters worse, she neglected to apologize or disinfect my nails before applying the gel layer.
On top of the poor service, the salon's pricing is unjustifiable. Despite being charged $72 each time, they continuously attempted to increase the cost with each visit, solely motivated by profit.
As a result of their negligence, my nails are now severely damaged and thin. I've sought medical advice and am using a nail serum to aid in their recovery. It will take months for them to heal, and I'm devastated by the harm caused to my once healthy and strong nails.
I strongly advise against anyone seeking nail services at this salon. They prioritize money over professionalism and customer care, with no regard for their clients' nail health. Avoid this salon at all costs unless you want to risk destroying your nails."

I genuinely wish I could give this place 0 stars! I’ve been going there for about 4 years. Usually if I go around 5 they would take me, but recently it’s apparently “too late” or “nobody available” when you can obviously see there are people just sitting on their phones. I was absolutely enraged when I was getting a gel Manicure, the lady looked me up and down and asked me to pay before getting my nails done. I have never been asked to pay before getting my nails done. If I were you I’d find another place to service you! They are extremely disrespectful and continue to get more expensive for Terrible Service! The nails they do chip and break within 5 days of getting them done.I WILL NEVER EVER GO THERE AGAIN!

I started to see the nail tech May for my pedi and she was great! Unfortunately she made me feel uncomfortable about few times so i switched to Lilian..... She was great too but they both lack professionalism. I'm a hairstylist so I stand for 12hrs a day, 6 days a week. I get a pedi every two weeks but my feet be dry lol. So I typically get the callus remover and Lillian last time she did my pedicure rushed me even though I had an appointment, skip some steps because she was rushing and then was complaining about how dry my feet were the whole time.. she did my pedicure in 30 minutes and it normally takes her an hour. Typically Lillian will always run about 15 to 20 minutes late but I would wait because she's great but her unprofessionalism is why I will never be going back to this location. Both Lillian and May need to understand that some clients are very private and may have insecurities that they don't want blasted around the salon. When I told the manager, she said she would talk to them but didn't really try to remedy the issue. Probably use to the complaints. Sooooo Try Alex Hair and Spa next to the chase. Its around the block, They are professional, fast and clean. They go by appointments and run on time ALWAYS! Because we gotta do better!! As a bronx business owner, classic nails need's to do better!

Not a fan… I got a gel manicure, I picked one color and it just wouldn’t go on smooth. After 4 different colors the lady tells me that it’s my nails and that I should just do clear. I told her it’s definitely not my nails and the polishes that here are at least 5 years old and filled with thinner. She just looked at me.. and stayed quiet. We finally find a color and she literally dipped the brush in the bottle ONE time to paint all 5 nails and then did the same for the other hand. It’s been a week and they are all chipped and cracked. So disappointing.

$67 before tipping just because I shaped them “almond”. The price wouldn’t be a problem if my nails weren’t all different shapes and sizes. It took well over 2 hours to get my nails done because I ended up with the lady who receives all the payments. She had to repeatedly stop and continue after taking payments.
I did gel and the layers are uneven. I would never have paid this much but it seems like very rarely they do good nails.
I don’t think they know how to properly apply acrylic to a nail bed shape but that was my fault (I read reviews and still went because a friend who previously went had nice nails)
