This store has great stock and I received excellent service! I called in advance and Eddie was ready to help me as soon as I came in. The team found exactly what I was looking for and I was able to try on and purchase within minutes of entering the store. I would highly recommend.

I love this store, everything was well organized, and they had so many things in stock to choose from! At first I was skeptical lol but their products really are original and they have some good sales sometimes.Btw I saw someone put that they’re selling fake UGGs, that’s not true. I just went online and saw that City Jeans is an authorized retailer, and that’s from the official UGG website.

Sneakers are great condition. I had this guy help me he had an accent didn't catch his name but he had so much patience with us and that's very important because I have 4 kids 3 of them have ADHD so they can get a little excited and they touch everything (sensory issue) but he went with it and was super cool. I even went back to exchange some ugg sandals that I felt were too tight and they gave me no problem.

I brought a pair of Jordan's as a gift. The sneakers were too small so I tried returning them, after waiting for the manager to get out of his prayer session while on the clock. He informed that I wasn't getting my money back nor was I getting store credit because they dont take back Jordan's. I'm so furious with the kind of rude management running that store. They even refused to give me coperates number. I will never shop there again. With JD sports, champs, finish line and footlocker giving them competition y ou ubeould think they would cater to their customers better.

Their staff are super friendly, efficient, and ultimately effective in helping my wife finding what she wants. Got a brand new pair of UGG Bailey Button II Boots in black, exactly the size and color she wanted. They have a pretty darn nice selection of footwear for sure. Will definitely be referring friends and family to buy from them again.

I know a lot of people post good reviews for the customer service. However, it would make sense why they try to upkeep their service. It’s because they sell clothing and shoes that are NOT authentic. The shoes are not the real brand and they sell it for the real brand price. It also makes sense why they do not allow any refunds and only give you 7 days for an exchange ONLY! Not even store credit. I paid for a paid of uggboots and when I went on the official site it only confirms that they are fake. The official ugg site tell you that you should be able to scan any official tag inside the shoe and it will take you to their official site. These boots DO NOT DO THAT. The tag on the inside does not reflect the official tag that is shown on the website either. I wish I would of had this knowledge before I paid for these boots. This makes me so sad and depressed that I’m stuck with a pair of shoes that weren’t what I thought they were. I would be happy if people stop shopping here until they are held accountable for the sneaky stuff they pull in the site and allow people refunds for items they aren’t happy with. Even small stores like Pretty Girl would allow you to do so but not here.

My sister and I purchased some shoes here and they were unauthentic. The store refuses to refund the money back. I’m so angry that I’m stuck with a pair of shoes that aren’t even real and I paid so much money. I can’t even sell them for the price I paid for them because they are fake and I would hate for a stranger to retaliate on me because I lied to them. So now I have to take the loss because of this dishonest store !! BEWARE!! DO NOT BUY here!! Not all products can be trusted! Promise you it’s not worth it. There’s a reason for there not refund policy and only 7 days to return!

They kept telling me what shoes were on sale and they were following me everywhere and kept on pressuring me to buy a shoe. I felt uncomfortable and decided to walk out because i didn't appreciate how thirsty they were for my money.
