Please do not buy from this company they are running scams. I purchased a pair of rust numbuck timberlands from their website. I never received my boots. I have made every attempt to contact the company by phone and email. They refuse to pick up the phone or respond to my emails. I never received my boots or a refund. These guys are crooks and scammers.

I don't even want to give this place a star but I have to in order to write a review. They absolutely suck. I ordered a pair of Birkenstock's for $144 and they sent me a crappy pair of adidas slides even though the receipt said they were Birkenstock's. I am going to sue the company because I have sent them over 8 emails, called them over 25 time and no one has gotten back to me or will refund my money. Never buy from them, they are a scam. I want my money back!!!

Best Service! Their staff are super friendly, efficient, and ultimately effective in helping my wife finding what she wants. Got a brand new pair of UGG Bailey Button II Boots in black, exactly the size and color she wanted. They have a pretty darn nice selection of footwear for sure. Will definitely be referring friends and family to buy from them again.

Don't not order anything from this company the return policy sucks I've been dealing with them for one month they had sent me wrong shoe colors and they haven't gave me a refund or send me my shoes that I ordered they thought that I was about to like the black ones but obviously I didn't because I ordered white ones they thought that I wasn't going to return them and be able to keep them but I ordered the white ones please beware everyone don't ever buy from this company they did me dirty and they would do you to.

I placed an online order the website kicked back my card but at the same time took my money off my card I didn't get a confirmation number nor did I receive an confirmation email o just don't understand and I cannot afford this financial loss a friend HIGHLY recommend this site for all the exclusives I just hope customer service is able to help me put my daughter really wanted those UGGS

These guys straight up back door 50% of all the hottest Jordan, yeezy releases. if your not a gangster/drug dealer you can forget about getting a pair it's like they pick and choose who they wanna give them too its a shame because I've been going to that store since at least 2003 and to not be able to get a pair of kicks because their pre-sold to the kool kids....SMH..

I repeat don't buy anything online with these people. I ordered the Retro Jordan flint and got the Air Jordan 1mid they gave me the wrong shoes. When I called I spoke to a Candace who said I will be on their list for any New release and a 20 dollar credit all lies. Not only I paid full price for the Jordan Flint I was supposed to receive a credit for the remainder of my money I have not received that nor the email I was promised by Candace for the New Jordans that came out Saturday the white bred Jordan's. I called last week where I was told by her it comes out Saturday June 27 2020. I decided to call today spoke with an Augustine who said he will call me in an hour to find out what's going on. I never got the call so I decided to call at 440pm I asked about my credit and the shoes I was promised he advised me Candace gave me incorrect information and apologized I don't need an apology first of you guys messed up 4 times and can't seem to tell me the correct information. I just wanted you guys to be aware of what this company is doing they provide false advertising lies I will also be reporting this company to the BBB. I wish it was a zero for a rating score because this is what you guys deserve
