I had a great experience with City Jeans. They had an item in stock that was sold out everywhere else. Ordering was simple and shipping was FAST. I got the item the very next day - with regular shipping! I would highly recommend shopping with this store.

HORRIBLE!!! I ask for a size of shoes and they took FOREVER to get me give me just to give me back the shoe and NOT SAY A WORD IF THEY HAD THE SIZE OR NOT and I asked for other shoe and they never gave me it either instead they were attending someone else! NEVER GONNA BUY ANYTHING THEIR

Paid for 2 day shipping. They cancelled my ordered a day before Christmas with no explanation. There no emails prior and no phone calls. I emailed and asked. They wrote me 2 days later saying my address was invalid which was a lie. I emailed them a screenshot of my address from usps. Horrible service. Ruined Christmas.

terrible customer service. awful policies. spent over 100 for birthday gift for my daughter. it never showed up. called and emailed city jeans and was told that they would have to open an investigation with ups. said that would take up to 8 days, then they said if ups can't find the package they would mail city jeans a check for lost shipping. I was told that only after the investigation and mailing of check by UPS would I then be able to get a refund or replacement!! so my daughters birthday has come and gone. I was not able to give her a gift because city jeans won't refund my money and won't return my emails. do not give this business your money! very shady. I'm on a fixed income and this was a lot of money for me. I'm filling better business bureau complaint as well. do not trust this company!

I just love City Jeans! This is one of their many branches and in every one of them, you get the best customer care.I like that they have so many brands like Nike and UGG.The lovely staff here told me that they just got UGG's Sunburst Tall available at all of CJ branches for those who are interested.

It's been over two months that I return a pair of shoes that they sent to me they were the wrong color haven't received the new shoes the ones I requested or haven't got even a phone call back from them they lied to you and say that they will call you back and never will please don't purchase anything from city jeans. City jeans premium is the same thing as city jeans but they just got to many bad reviews and made a new name BEWARE
