I’ve had one of the worst customer service experiences at this Citibank branch. The level of unprofessionalism from the staff, all the way up to the branch manager, is shocking. Clients are dismissed as if they don’t matter, and it’s clear that this location doesn’t value their customers.
Dealt with Francesca then a month later Carman.
After being asked to email sensitive information, including my Social Security number, they never followed up. This is incredibly concerning, especially given the growing number of cybersecurity threats today. It’s clear that Citibank is not making the necessary efforts to ensure the safety and satisfaction of their customers.
After two frustrating months of trying to get a business account up and running, I’ve decided to take my business to Chase. Citibank has truly dropped the ball, and it’s sad to see such a lack of care for their clients. Avoid this branch at all costs if you value your time and security.

Always a mess. Bank officers sitting at desk don't help they just sit there. You can't get correct denominations at ATMs . You should go somewhere else!

I am with Citibank since 1965, always been treated with respect and resolve the reason for me to visit the bank, some time people want more than want the employee can do, and they are employees with supervisors. Thank you for your services.

I have been banking with Citi bank for over 5 years now, I went with my significant other in person to open a joint account and we were treated poorly. I have never experienced such unprofessionalism , lack of attention and poor communication while dealing with such a prestige bank. We waited 2 hours to sit with a banker as we were informed there were only two bankers available to assist us. One of the banker was out to lunch the other was too busy to assist us we were told. We waited for one of them to become available which never happened. We decided to leave and bank else where. We now are banking with Chase.

I have never experienced such a unprofessional inexperienced bankers such like the ones I encountered at this branch , MUST DO BETTER!

I was assisted by Ms Carmen Magarin who was very knowledgeable of the information I was seeking . She answered all my questions in a professional and polite manner. I do not get to experience good customer whenever i visit other branches but when I came to this location, Ms Carmen made me feel like I was in the right place to do business. Trust and loyalty is established easier when you are dealing with trustful and honest employees who provide phenomenal customer service and explain everything clearly .

This bank is never crowded, you'll get attended quickly on any transaction you want. Tellers are decent and will solve any inconvenience on your demand. Really don't know why customer's are down grading this bank here at this review they are totally ignorant and maybe racist cause all staff are hispanics here, really sad.

I have always avoided Citibank like the plague. However, I saw an offer that I couldn't refuse. A Citibank nearby was offering $400 if you left $15,000 in a checking account for 7 months. On February 14th, 2019, I opened an account with a deposit of $15,000. I kept getting statements from Citibank that did not show $400 had been added to my account well after the 7 months had passed. Finally, I decided to write a check on the account for $15,001.29, the amount that my last statement said that I had in the account, on January 24th, and deposit it in another account I have. Needless to say, I never received the $400 because Citibank said that since I'd cancelled the account they couldn't give me the money. So, get this, I start receiving monthly statements that say I have $.05 in the account and that it is costing me $25 per month for an account service fee. I will never go near another Citibank nor will I ever encourage anyone to do any business with them or do any business with them myself. In my opinion, Citibank is the definition of 'predatory'!
