I will never ever use these ATM machines again. People who worked there are fraud. I wanted to withdraw the amount of money I had on the ATM machine and I never received the amount of money I had. So I ask the staff if they can help me find solutions and all they said to me was to call the customer service and the call didn't gave me solutions either so that made me super angry. The bank stoled my money. I will never trust these machines ever again!!!! Why didn't the Citibank post a sign saying “Machine is out of order” That's stupidddd!!!! I should sue them!!

This has to be the worst branch ever I just opened A account brand new about 4 weeks ago and I still don't have a physical debit card and they gave me two temp cards and now when I use the new card it locks/restricts the entire account and I have to call Citi bank and be on hold for about 1 and a half hours the fastest for it to keep happening all over again I really hate this place and Citibank as a whole now .... All of my money is being held kidnap from me I've never experienced this with a bank ever I'm now delinquent on bills also because no cvv number so I can't pay online like normal in 2022 this bank cannot be trusted !!!
