HORRIBLE LOCATION AN OVERWEIGHT FEMALE DIDNT CATCH HER NAME WAS HIGHLY RUDE AND STARTED YELLING AT ME FOR NO REASON! NEVER EVER HAVE EXPERIENCED SUCH A THING! IF YOU CANT HAVE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS DONT WORK IN BANK SETTING! ILL BE TAKING THIS HIGHER UP BECAUSE IT WAS A DISGUSTING TREATMENT!

This branch is useless my employer got a certified check at this location to pay me. I came back and spoke with the same representative that made the certified check for my employer and she couldn't cash it because the manager wasn't there until Monday, kind you yesterday I came 3 mins before closing and he rep didn't tell me that the manager wouldn't be there until Monday, so this is my second time coming here. I've been to three other Citibank branches in the Bronx and none of them can cash a certified check made in one of their Ur own branches. I will never recommend this branch to anyone is the worst and most useless bank ever.

Angela Hernandez is a very fantastic teller, efficient, kind and knowledgeable. The manager of the branch Julissa is the negative in the equation I advise you go to one of the banker/tellers for your issues, or just call customer service. Branch also has parking, can’t be beat!

Angela Hernandez is very rude , she has very poor customer service and very lillte patients. She treated me very poorly, this is a bank I frequent to every week and every time we come incontact she has a very unpleasent attuide.
