The staff were incredibly helpful, professional, and attentive to my needs especially Kendri Caraballo. He went above and beyond to ensure my questions were answered and my concerns addressed.

It's unbelievable bad they never have enough workers there, and people that are there so slow the line is crazy and it's been like this for years they fix this problem this is only in the Bronx, but in Manhattan just in and out, and today is 03/16/2023 there was a lady who couldn't take it more

My mother has been to Citibank for the past 2 days trying to cash a check but the employees there clearly want time to pass by so they can go home which clearly shows how incompetent these bank workers are and why they don't love what they're doing. If there was zero stars I would definitely put it cause these employees clearly don't know what they're doing at all!! Citibank? More like trashbank! Will not be changing this review until there's more competent employees who actually like their job

Like everyone knows. Restaurant, bars, shopping malls, sports arena, beaches.....etc. No restriction, full capacity and still this bank has the guts to do social distancing and make a line of two hours. Where every business and public transportation are not following restriction to covid, this is nonsense. This branch and other banks should stop making these big lines while 70% percent of people have vaccinated, ridiculous.

Horrible customer service. My brother needed help with quick pay Zelle and they refused to help him. Not surprised when you see all the other reviews.
